    I'm just seeing this in 2024, and thank you. I have BPD, partner of 5 years is so sick of my back and forth, so I'm currently at my mother's for the second night. I don't know what's in store, and I'm so lost. I hate the most that I've hurt her by my inconsistency and intense negativity. It's hard to see a bright future, even for just myself. Not with how much I dislike myself.

    I’m gonna try to remember that everyone’s negative parts are almost always a protector and they’re just trying to not get us hurt again. So thank you negative parts of me, you’re not that negative after all💙 Thank you for this video🌹

    Thank you. I looked up “self hatred comfort asmr” not expecting much- expecting the usual “don’t hate yourself, you’re perfect the way you are.” Instead, I found a way to process my self-hatred and live alongside it instead of pushing it away only for it to come back stronger.
    Thank you so much for this. I don’t have BPD, but I have complex-PTSD, which has a lot of similarities with BPD. This video was immensely helpful. I am going to continue to try to watch this when I’m trapped in my self-loathing, and maybe one day it won’t happen as often. :)
    You’re wonderful. Thank you so much again.

    This is the most profound ASMR video I’ve ever seen, with huge understanding and insight into trauma and dissociation. An absolutely brilliant and beautiful idea, with powerful utility to help people who struggle so much with these issues. Thank you very much for taking the time to make it and pouring your care and wisdom to us people out here on the internet!

    also i LOVE that your videos are long and not 10-15 minutes. that makes it so much more immersive and gives you enough time to get into the "zone" haha

    Hi, I know you may not see this, but I just wanted to thank you. You have on numerous occasions stopped me spiralling, prevented me from harming myself and have completely relaxed me and validated me when I'm struggling. I hope you know the majorly positive impact you have on people. And if you ever doubt your own worth, I hope you can remember the impact you have had on people like me, and can recognise your kindness, genuine empathy, intelligence and supportive nature are incredible qualities that have literally given you the power to positively change my and others lives. Thank you for that. You are truly a gift in this world

    You are an angel 💓 thank you so much for this. As I started breathing and going within so many things came up that I had buried so deep down, my poor sweet inner child was screaming for me to listen and I chose to ignore her because I was so scared I wouldn't be able to handle all the pain. But I did 😊 I surrendered myself to it all and I cried and silently screamed, just let my inner child finally express her self, and it was so liberating🌠 Thank you so much, your lovely energy felt so warm and comforting, it really made me feel safe enough to let go, thank you, sending so much love and light your way💗💗💗!!!

    Thank you so, so much 💜 Once again, you've made a safe space that feels truly welcoming and healing. You have such a lovely, soothing, theraptuic voice - a voice that I associate with somebody who understands my pain and cares for my wellbeing, even though we've never met. I am always coming back to your channel for solace on tough days, and this video came at the perfect time. You have done so much to help me through moments of overwhelming emotional intensity, and I am so grateful for the unconditional love that you put out into the world. I know that I can always come to your channel to feel unconditionally accepted, even when I don't accept myself. Thank you for making life less painful for those of us with complex trauma.

    Hey it felt really really kind when you talked about them being littles, and I just wanted to say thank you for the video. It felt safe, and the way you talked about everything felt really understanding in a sense. The breathing exercises and the length really helped if anything, thank you for staying for awhile. Also, just to say, it feels unreal the timing of this, since it’s exactly what I was trying to focus on yesterday, since the day before - I tried making kind of a personal leap to maybe talk of some difficult topics at some point, and it’s made things quite a bit all over the place internally. I’m not as inclined to punish myself or similar anymore, but those things and parts still feeling really present or threatening and difficult to address very often, and it’s in a confusing or stressed place for me often.
    And I hadn’t really commented before, but I just felt like saying that I really love your videos and topics. I feel bad for not commenting, but they’ve helped so much this last 1+ year, so thanks so much for everything.

      Thank you so much for commenting, I'm really really happy that you are here and that my videos are helping you ❤ Yes these parts of us can be very very difficult to reach and interact with, and they can seem really scary, I still struggle with that too. I really do believe that consistent compassionate and curious attention to these parts and learning to hold them and listen to them can do some great things, but it really is hard. Thank you so much for being here for so long, I'm so happy to help you ❤

    Ngl I’m starting to wonder if I might have bpd because I know that c-ptsd can have similarities, but way, WAY too many of my searches related to my mental health over the past 3-ish years end up leading straight to “for bpd” type resources.
    Maybe both. Regardless, even though I have wondered this since I was ~13 it’s not like I can get diagnosed any time soon :/

    • @mindsanctuaryasmr5562
      @mindsanctuaryasmr5562  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Please don't get too caught up in diagnoses, they're just a set of words to describe what you already know you're experiencing. What matters is to get therapy suited to your personal needs 💗 Whether you fit a diagnosis or not, your experiences are valid!
