    Good job Chris im very impressed with how ease you made it look 👌 i did doubt you with such low clearance but you proved me wrong lol. Good job guys 😉 very impressive where them Adventures go. Must be the operator 😜

      Great to see you got to watch tthis! It's fascinating to observe how numerous 4WD owners believe our vehicle lacks true ground clearance. With a fully independent suspension, we boast 260mm of front clearance and 280mm in the rear. This is quite respectable, especially when you contrast it with, for instance, a new-generation Hilux on 32-inch tires, which only offers around 230/240mm of front and rear clearance to its differential pumpkins. The weakness is body clearance, particularly in aspects such as ramp-over angles, approach angles, and departure angles otherwise we seem to to follow most 4wd's running 32's no worries!

      @@AllTerrainAction yeah im hearing ya mate. Still very impressed nevertheless.
      Just goes to show with experience and good preparation you can take a near stock vehicle/Venture anywhere. I've spent my life travelling the vic high country and it still blows me away where you guys go with these vehicle's. Definitely still requires a good operator to navigate a vehicle like that though the terrain the high country dishes up. Iv see blokes twin locked with 35's struggling where you guys take these vehicle's. 👍

    I’ve seen you on the videos coaching other drivers on the 4wd tracks, if my territory is an awd I would’ve tagged along on the blue rag but my territory is a RWD unfortunately and currently not on the road yet but I would give the rated easy a try when it’s on the road with all terrains, lifted suspension and other mods, if I had a diff locker I would try the medium track in dry weather conditions, well done Chris

    Convoys that big takes all the fun out of driving trails for me… constantly waiting for people all day and only get to drive half the potential distance. Each to their own though i suppose…

    • @AllTerrainAction
      @AllTerrainAction  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutley, you gotta realise many of these people are people who want to do the drive but dont have anyone else to go with or want to do it with our community. I love my 2-3 crew vehicles trips, its great! But when we are out with the community and differant people, I'm getting my enjoyment from seeing others enjoying it and the way this community connects with each other back at camp. But as you say its each to their own, and I certinly love both!

    Great vid. Why don't people drive all the way to river and back on blue rag ? No one ever does that. We came down basalt nth and sth in dark in a hurry a few years ago coz mate was having trouble,it was a great time.

    • @AllTerrainAction
      @AllTerrainAction  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I visited the river campsite back in 2018, but the only motivation to go down there is if you intend to camp. With a convoy of 15, I wouldn't be particularly enthusiastic, as the track on that side is more challenging (yet more enjoyable). Thanks for watching.

      @@AllTerrainAction off course not practical with 15 cars. People say they've driven it but most only go to trig point, I can't wait to go there again.

    Thoughts of getting a 2009 SH Subaru forester up there on stock suspension and Michelin LTX Trail tyres. Would need to air down for sure but not sure about gearing .

    • @AllTerrainAction
      @AllTerrainAction  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s one of those you can only try with some mates who have some 4wds with recovery gear to see how it goes I’d be interested to see that outcome. Blue rag atm to trig seems fairly good imho. But I can only compare it to when I was here in 2018.

      Ah that’s just a HEMA HX2, I’m actually in the market to replace it. Worse than the HX1 at least in my experience and I’ve now seen how well HEMA app works on iPad tablet I want to make the change. So if you find a good tablet holder, come back and let me know!
