- Following an acute ankle sprain it is essential that you aim to restore your dorsiflexion range of movement, as well as the stability component to enable you to start to return to running. Mobilisation of the ankle in the clinic needs to be repeated at home as well as the rehab exercises.
1. Therapist assisted dorsi-flexion with PA glide
2. Dorsiflexion AP Band Glide
3. BOSU balance and COMPASS

Very good video man!
Appreciate it thank you
Excellent breakdown.
Glad you liked it!
So needed! Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. I have had balance issues my whole life I could never balance one legged on a Bosu like she is doing in the video without holding onto something. My poor balance is starting to effect my confidence and joy for doing things that I enjoy like hiking and inline skating. How do I narrow down where my issue is (ankle, knee, hip, brain, etc)? Thanks!
Most likely get assessed by a good physio!
Can I do this mobility exercise ?
I had ankle arthroscopy surgery 10 days ago
I had synovitis and anterior ankle impingement. I have been suffering from stiff left ankle for about 3 years and it was not improving and from pain.
Best to check with your physio as I can’t comment without an assessment of your ankle being 10 days
