I said the same thing, why don’t they figure out how to get people driving in cars to stop using their phone because that’s how most crashes happen at least in New Jersey I can say .
Dang, we had more than one of the same bikes back in the day. I know a while back you said you used to have a 600R, as did I. My first bike was a V-Star 650 Classic. Like you, I never took the MSF course. I “rode dirty” (I’m not condoning that, but telling the truth of my history) about a year before I took the written test and riding test in the same day at Texas DPS. Of course it was 23 years ago when I got my license. From what I can tell, Texas now has a 250cc limit for 15 year olds, but once they turn 16 that is removed. My understanding is that Texas now requires all new applicants for a motorcycle endorsement to complete an MSF course. P.S. I wish filtering was legal in Texas, but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t want to do it on a Road Glide. 😆
Great minds think alike! Now all you need to do is get a Road Glide.😂 I didn't think to look for age restriction, but knowing NJ they probably have them. Thanks for watching.🤙🍻
Graduated licensing is ridiculous. Fortunately, we don't have it in GA as it relates to motorcycles. We do, however, have it when it comes to cars (age based). I grew up in NJ, and they have some very strange regulations. I got my first motorcycle and motorcycle license there. Part of my permit restrictions was I that I had to be accompanied by a licensed rider whenever I was on my bike; the person couldn't be on the bike with me, but had to be next to me.
Yeah, it seems most places if you take MSF you're good to go, maybe this was a way to try and almost force the class. Most MSF classes use small bikes anyway. Thanks for watching Junior.🤙🍻
@@RoadReality It does, and you are correct you have to take the recording direct from the mic. I really haven't started playing with that yet, but I will soon enough.
Maryland doesn't have any restrictions. Take it on a tiny bike, buy big Harley, go ride and have fun. I don't recommend DOING THAT, of course, but you do you, boo.
@@MisplacedMotoVlogger Dude, every time I visited a now-closed dealer, I'd practice on their range if there wasn't a class in session. I could probably do better now, but then... no way. Best thing I did on that course was ride off of it LOL. Actually, it was the Figure 8. I got really close to acing that.
Honestly, I worry more about car drivers than motorcycle riders. I think the car drivers should have graduated licensing, LOL.
Ha! Love it! Car drivers suck!

That was a hell of a day! But it started us riding all over. We still have a lot of states to ride to!
It was and it did! Good times.
Had my MC license for 45 years. Not sure if I would pass a riders test today. 😃👍
🤔 Thanks for watching.🤙🍻

Same thing when I got my permit in NJ, having to have someone with you always seemed strange. Thanks for watching.🤙🍻
Let's go!!
great share fam!!
Thanks 💯
i'm not sure how it works here in oregon. should look into it.

It seems like it would be a hot button topic that would cause a lot of people rage out so we probably won't go that route
I'm sure there are more controversial topics to cover.😂 Thanks for watching!🤙🍻
I live in the south, we aren't as restrictive as the north.
I know you remember all the Jersey nonsense.😄 Thanks for watching.🤙🍻
@@MisplacedMotoVlogger I sure do! And don't miss it. 🤣
@@GlidingOnTwos I bet!
interesting
super nice out
Sure was!
HAHA, CONCERT HALL! :D
Mic clipped hard on that one! 😂
@@MisplacedMotoVlogger I thought your new mic setup was 32-bit? Maybe only if you use the built-in recorder, versus sending it to the camera?

I wouldn't recommend it either.
One of these Sundays I'm gonna run down to our MVC testing site and see if I can maneuver the Road Glide through it. 😂
