Thank you so much for such a good video! Please tell me in which particular dmv you took this test? I am interested in the address, I really liked the person who took the exam🙏🏼
This is ridiculously easy, in europe it takes half a year and 1500-2500$ to do your motorcycle test and there is a total of 3 exams (1 theorical which is very hard, 1 just like on this video but way more difficult with measured speed slaloms, emergency braking, avoiding at high speeds and being very slow in a parkour) and last exam on road And on top of that there is many equipment verification you need European union approved motorcycle gloves, approved helmet, motorcycle high top shoes, vest, pants and many many many other equipment I know many people that ended up giving up crying at home because of the difficulty, i am blessed i have 1 more exam left then i will be able to ride one… what the fuck Oh yeah and the first 2 years after having the license you have that a2 restriction that forbids bikes over 47,5hp and you have only 6 points for 3 years which means 2 speeding tickets and no more license need to do everything again And 2 years after having your license you need to pass another exam to remove the 47,5hp restriction that costs 400$ extra… i swear to you guys you live in the best country on this planet… europeans accepted way too much bullshit
I knoow, my buddy lives in England and it took 6 months for him to get his license and he paid lot of money for it. They care about everything even the small details haha well it’s good but it’s a lot of stress
A2 is a restriction for younger riders in ireland and Uk. Not sure about your country but even still, I totally agree that this is the way it should be done. I’ve lost too many friends and seen too many bs accidents totally avoidable with some simple skills and better knowledge, not to mention a less powerful bike. Fast bikes make people drive fast FACT. Nobody should be allowed to operate any vehicle without proper training. Here in ireland, you must have at least 10 lessons with an approved instructor before you can drive a car and even then you have to have a fully licensed driver with you at all times for the first 2 years. Compared to the bike, you do the 2 day course and only need 6 months before you can apply for a test. Safety equipment is vital so the cost should not be a factor at all. I firmly believe no person under the age of 24 should be allowed to drive a big bike. Very few are ready before that and even the ones that are can’t help themselves do dumb shit. I almost died on a moped at 18, if I was on anything faster I would not be writing this comment.
I showed up early to do a practice lap. DMV Karen came RUNNING out to stop me. then proceeded to deal with 3 more assholes to check in. Then the test giver proceeded to fail all 5 of us after being a giant dick too. I always wonder why schools get shot up and not DMVs 😂
Yes, actually I had a Yamaha R6 so I ride it to the dmv that day but I took the test with my friend’s Yamaha R3 because it was easy to do the circles with it.
@@jacobretiz432 I dont really understand though.. how can people get motorcycle without m2 license and then feel confidently rtiding it illegally on road before doing test. unless the permit allows you to?

I’ve been riding for 20 years illegally LMAO. Finally decided to get legal. Passed the Cali test on my first try. The test really is a complete joke. For one you’re not gonna use really any of the skills in the real world and two it’s like a 3 min test
car and bike not related at all, no class C required to ride a bike. you can ride fine with permit (daytime only i believe) until you pass M1 license test. when you take permit written test, they make you also take car written test if you already have car license, its lame. here in california, that is.
I’d add one more… steady the bike using the rear brake. So ride the clutch and rear brake together. That circle is much tighter than it looks in the video! I did the MSF course and skipped it entirely.
I practiced all weekend leading up to my test and was never hassled by employees. I would absolutely recommend doing so because even for experienced riders low speed maneuvers can be difficult if you’re not used to them. Ride the friction zone, use the rear brake, and look several feet ahead of your front tire throughout the loop. Don’t get tunnel vision. With enough practice it’s easy.
Went to practice . Did it about 12-14 times until I had to hang it up 🤣🤣I didn’t get it once . Still gotta practice but my oh my is it hard to keep balance on my 23 R1🤣🤣🤣
Is that the entire test? Is there no test out on the road? If that’s the case, what’s the point of this? It proves nothing. Here in ireland, we had no practical test until 2013. Now you have to do an 18 hour course and drive for at least 6 months before you can even apply for a test. That’s assuming you are old enough. You can only drive a 125cc from 16 to 18. Up to 600cc (35kw) until you are 24 and only after your 24th birthday can you apply for a full unrestricted bike licence. The actual test is approx 1 hour 10 minutes and covers all types of roads, junctions etc. You also have to perform a u-turn, emergency swerve and an emergency stop on top of demonstrating a lot of safety checks whilst being followed by an examiner (in a car I might add). Drastically reduced the number of accidents on motorcycles and should be mandatory in every country imo.
Sorry I'm not from the US. This is way too easy if I would to have my license there is the US. If this test is in my country everyone will confirm passes. 👍
This video was simple, to the point, and no usless narration . Congrats, taking mine soon. 👍
Appreciate it man, good luck 👍🏼
@@fouadanejarn2109 I passed, thank you.
That air you hear at 3:31 is the CDL air brake test. We’ll get all the air out then build it back up to the governor cutoff. Off topic IK.
NICE! Got my test this Wednesday. Can't wait to get it done.
I take mines tomorrow I’m excited. Congrats bro

What bike did you do this on?
Most likely an Yamaha R3 based off the dash and exhaust sound.
Yamaha R3
What about for scooters? We don’t have gears😅 is it the same process
I need some tips bro I try in my Kawasaki ninja
You ride your bike to DMV ?
Yes, actually I had a Yamaha R6 so I ride it to the dmv that day but I took the test with my friend’s Yamaha R3 because it was easy to do the circles with it.
If you can use a scooter how can you shift gears??
Wow man the video gave an idea how is it, i hope take the test soon and buy my motorcycle.
Great video by the way 👍
In califorina. this is way harder in mn.
Good job Fouad. I’ll see you tomorrow. Haha
Thank you sir! Haha
Does the DMV provide a Motorcycle to use on the skill test, or do you have to bring your own?

Very helpful info - thanks!!!
Glad it was helpful!
Is that all ??
What size bike does that now allow you to ride
Yes man pretty easy haha, I had a 300cc bike on that day.
@@fouadanejarn2109 that's crazy ,ride safe .
I would consider getting training
Can i used a automatic for the actual test? I'm thinking off getting a yamaha xmax 300 scooter
Yes, you will just skip the last change gear portion in CA
Let me know if you purchased xmax300 this year. Good luck 👍
That would be great

would you recommend doing this in 2nd gear or first? first is a little spicy for me but idk just wondering
It depends on what bike you are taking the test, I had R3 on that day so I was doing it on 1st gear and it was soo smooth.
First gear for sure. Just keep feather in the clutch in and out halfway you’ll never even have to touch the throttle
I’d add one more… steady the bike using the rear brake. So ride the clutch and rear brake together. That circle is much tighter than it looks in the video! I did the MSF course and skipped it entirely.
@Robert Lennie , which riders course?
Is it legal or illegal to practice in the dmv little course when it’s close 🗿
Should be legal because its after hours, if someone complains just go to a different dmv

I believe 150cc
@@fouadanejarn2109 i meant is for m1 actual test.
Do you need to own your own bike, or you were given one?
If you need yours, how do you drive it to the DMV without a license?
You should have a temporary permission by then once you passed the written test
I had a Yamaha R6 and it was so difficult to take the test with it so I brought my friend’s bike.
Uhg I'm nervous taking mine. Specially since I have a big bike
me too. did you pass with your bike or did you rent something smaller?
How wide between the lines? 1ft, 2ft?
1 foot for the straight lines, 2 feet for the circle
What’s the distance between the cones?
4-5 ft
I will make the test on my GSXr 750 next week !!!!!! You think is ok ride 20 miles to DMV ?
shh
Good job 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you 🙏
Hey man thanks for the video. Just wanna ask is it okay to use scooter for California motorcycle drivers license test??
YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN! I used my Ruckus and passed hahaha
Wow, I will always cheer for you in Korea I'm looking forward to a great video. Have a nice day.
hope my tests this easy! but pass first try is cus you need experience and ya kno ima be having experience on the road without any test 💯🏍️

You can take your test without Gloves?
A DOT approved helmet is the only thing you need to be on the road. Everything else is up to you
what the hell is the purpose of riding in circles? anywhere on the road that would be illegal
