    1A: Pull Ups
    1B: Incline Push Ups
    2: Cable Lat Pulldowns
    3: Chest Press Machine
    4: Dumbbell Lat Raises
    5A: Rope Tricep Pushdowns
    5B: Rope Bicep Curls
    6A: Russian Twist
    6B: Size Plank
    3 sets of 8-12 Reps for each movement
    Rest for 60-90s In between each set
