I have always been super strong but never needed to pull myself up anywhere so I am weak in this way and hope to change that! 💪🏻
My big hindrance is hand strength. I have bottom 5% of the typical female grip strength 🥲 nice trick with the stick/broom handle for lat pulldowns though, gonna try that!
What do we start with first? Also, how many times per week? I only do pull day once a week and decided to make it a goal to be able to do pull-ups in order to stop skipping pull days lol. Should I be doing all of these in one pull day, and for how long each?
I'm not an expect but I don't think you should be doing all of these in one day. See it more as a progression where u move from.one stage after master I the previous one totally. Personally, I want to work on my pull ups everyday but 3 times a week should also be good enough
For me it was only the Negatives. After doing Negatives for like a week or so, i could already do my first pullup. Probably not nearly as clean as yours tho

I'm at about 7 arched back pullup, not chest to bar. Ppl told me to try weigted, should I?
