    Love all your videos! I have been doing face aerobics for three years now. I am 65 years old and I have seen good results. I don’t have any wrinkles on my forehead or line middle of my eyebrow but I want to work on my laugh lines

      Hi there, yes it does, but you need to be doing the full face routine that goes with it, as you can create more wrinkles if you dont

    Hi Peta, my main issue is that the right side of my face sags down more than my left, almost as if those muscles are asleep. Since they are clearly weaker than the muscles on my left side, should I press less hard on the weaker side. These exercises involving eye brows and forehead are particularly challenging on my right side.

    Dear Peta thank you so much for all the videos I have seen a big difference 😀 ..Was in series 3 50 reps. and due to some issues, I had to stop for 2 months. Should I start from the beginning series 1 or series 3?

      Yes after 2 months you will need to start at the beginning again.

      @@facerobics Liebe Peta bei mir haben sich die Stirn und Zornesfalten eher verstärkt als gemildert bei diesen Ûbungen. Habe diesbezüglich aber generell einen Zweifel.
      Wenn ich bedenke das es jetzt viele Monate dauert bis ich wieder zu der Stirn Ûbung komme in Serie 2 bzw. so lange ja die Stirne wieder vernachlässigt wird wie kann sich dann da was ändern?
      Bin ja auch schon 65.
      Wäre es da nicht besser täglich eine Stirn Ûbung zu machen oder täglich das ganze Programm nur halt mit jeweils 15 maximal 30 Wiederholungen? Wûrde sich für mich stimmiger anfûhlen. So habe ich das Gefühl das es mehr Zeit braucht als das es mir hilft. Ich weiss das deine Meinung dazu ist das man sich damit noch mehr Falten zufûgt. Aber warum eigentlich? Gibt ja so viele Frauen die das machen mit tollen Ergebnissen. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen. Natürlich kannst du sagen dann gehe wo anders hin. Aber das will ich nicht ich möchten das nur gerne verstehen warum du da so dagegen bist. LG. Ludmilla

    I have noticed that the more I do facial exercises and that I am consistent with it that I don't have to use as much muscle effort especially adding the face yoga at night that has helped alot! You are so right that you have to pace yourself and can't do the exercises fast, you won't get results! Great video as always! Have a great week Peta!😊💟

    i had done facial exercices for a year ..what i noticed that my jawline become better and more defined..that my cheeks become great..but i lost all the fat on my forehead and my under eyes..deep wrinkels are under my eyelids and even my forehead have some wrinkles now..i dont know what to do honestly..does yoga face make face fat goes away from the face?

    My forehead is so strong. It is really so difficult to isolate the muscles in the forehead. I am scared that I will create more wrinkles on the forehead...?!

    Hi Peta! A fan from Argentina here! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I have a question though! I want to begin doing the exercises (I'm 32) and I want to do them properly since I've seen you stress how important it is to follow your program. You mention there are Series and that we should alternate them. But I can't seem to find videos in the channel that condense a complete Series, except one you uploaded on Dec12, 2021 (Series 1) which is super clear! I cant' seem to find the rest of the Series. I only see isolated exercises updates o small groups of exercises or corrections,. But it's not clear to me what the what the combinations and order of exercises should be, or which are the proper videos to exercise the whole program along with you. I've tried to search as thoroughly as I could! I would really like to start, but I don't want to mess up! Hope you can illuminate me on which steps I should follow. Thank you!

      Hi Josefina, if you go to the playlists, you will find all of the exercises there in their respective playlists. Learn them one by one, in order of the routine, then assemble them into a routine.

    Wow. You have zero wrinkles or sag. I find it hard to believe this is all face aerobics and no botox, fillers etc. 👏

      Thanks so much Immaculate Heart. Its pretty obvious I do not use fillers or botox. If I did I would not look as natural as I do, as often, when people use botox there is a very smooth sweaty like look to the face and they cannot move certain areas of their face. Clearly, I do not have that problem 😉💖
