      Thanks Maria. However, you do not learn the exercises for the next series while you are in a different one. You take a week off from exercising after finishing that series, and learn the exercises one a day. This is where you do facial massage more and take your after pictures. If you do other exercises during a series, you are over exercising, and I warn of this all the time. Please just wait until you finish one series before you start to learn another.     I understand what you are saying. You are demonstrating very clearly. I am following along with you but I just cannot get the feeling for this one. With some of your exercises, I get them right away. I need this one the most and understand it the least. Any help you could offer would be most appreciated.

    A more general question about starting a facial exerciser routine, you obviously can’t necessarily work the whole face everyday. So do you focus on 2 exercises per day? I find there are so many exercises and I feel overwhelmed with what to do and where to start? Is there an amount of time you suggest a day? A sequence you recommend? Thanks for the guidance as I embark on this.

    Hi Peta. This is an update of the first exercise of series 2..... is that correct? We shouldn't be doing 2 exercises for the forehead in the series. In the official playlist there is one in the beginning and one in the end.Thanks for sharing all your hard work with us I've been doing your exercises for some time now and have just restarted the series as I have finished all 6.       you cant do them with botox as you cant move the muscles to do the exercises

    Hello dear Peta, can you help? I'm just beginning series 2. You said at the start of this video that you were just beginning to update the exercises in Series 2. I appreciate this update for the forehead lift. It makes it clear how to do it correctly and explains why it's so challenging to get rid of those wrinkles, because of emotions behind our expressions.,But where are updates for the other exercises in Series 2? I couldn't find them in your playlists, so I scrolled through ALL your videos and still couldn't find them. They may be there! But if they're not labeled to be updates, I don't know what they are.

    I found this so interesting! How do we get rid of that emotion behind the corrugater? This is really my problem, and I've been trying to do it with massage. Won't training the corrgugator make it stronger, and hence the frown action stronger at other times when we don't have our hands on the face to restrain them?

With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    Hey Peta! When I tense my auricularis superior and auricularis posterior muscle it gets rid of my hooded eyes and lifts my forehead (its also known as ear wiggling). Is there any way that I can train those muscles to always be tensed because I hate my hooded eyes. I really hope you can help me. 💕

    Hi peta, looking gorgeous as usual! Thanks for recommend us to read, n write comments. Having read these comments, l've learnt that, my vertical neck bands, aren't going to disappear in a month. It's probably going to take about 12 months. I'm working very hard, my left jowl is improving,
    I'm being very positive, l think you've got to be, if you can do it, we can all do it!

      to be honest margaret, if you went to the gym and you had saggy legs and a saggy stomach, would you think that would all be gone in a month? Its the same with your face, the muscles are the same, and its your body. You have to give it time and just keep working at it every day

      please watch the video again, somtimes yo have to learn how to use the facial muscles and is why you are having problems. Just keep going and you will get it. and then go the the playlist on the channel for the beginners videos, if you watch them they will help you understand how to follow the programme and how to access the information, and please remember to subscribe for all the free updates to the program

      I have watched this video umpteen times. I have gone to the playlist and have gone through the beginner videos. I keep reviewing, but this exercise is causing me terrible problems. The other exercises are very good for me. This one, no matter how hard I try to follow your instructions, causes the horizontal lines above my eyebrows to deepen, my eyebrows to lower and become uneven. Is there any other exercise I can do instead?

      @@savtala is a slight movement not too huge or the lines will marked.

      these lines are only temporary, they are not permanent. When you are doing the exercises, you seem to be pushing up too much. Try the press and plant technique when doing it, however, all the other exercises that you do in the full face routine will sort out these lines becasue they are not permanent. This is why you have to do a full face routine 😀

      as mentioned before, you need to go to the playlist on the channel page to find all of the information. You need to watch the beginner videos, then watch the instruction playlists for each exercise along with me. I would not make a routine without teaching people the exercises, so you need to go watch those videos in the playlists. There are neck exercises in most of the routines, and you need to follow the routines exactly from Series 1 - 5 and then start again.

    Also a long history of liver stones cause the 2 left lines between the eyebrows, the right has to do with milt problems. Problems in your liver also cause emotional problems, so I think that makes you frown with the corrugator muscles.
