I love watching Prince sing 'I think I better dance now', and then watch Tom do it. The dancing is so wildly different, it's hysterical. Prince does a spin, and drops into the splits and back up. Tom just gyrates his hips so wildly, I worry for the structural integrity of his ribcage.
And Prince hated people doing covers of his songs. That was where his self-confidence was hurt. (probably the only thing) And the covers brought just more diamonds and pearls to his music. Kiss is great by both of them. Nothing compares 2 u couldn´t have have more iconic cover than Sinead did. She raised the song to where it should be.
