- Finally i can do my air gun hunting with the new heavy slugs from H&N Sport 😎... In this video i launch the brand new air gun heavy slugs from H&N and take you on a airgun hunting adventure with the background story on how this slug was developed. Myself and H&N Sport teamed up to develop a brand new bread of air gun hunting slugs that is very effective in accuracy and expansion upon impact. This video display long range air gun hunting and high power airgun hunting on pest animals on farms. The new air gun hunting slugs form H&N is designed to put down pest animals without suffering, clean and humane. The new H&N heavy slugs has a brand new hollow point design to increase energy transfer upon the target when you do air gun hunting. This video displays clean and humane air gun hunting and shows how effective airguns can be for pest hunting in this conditions. You need good airgun slugs to go with a good air gun to make sure you do air gun hunting proper. I just watched it for a second time. There are so many good shots and a great variety of pests and game that was shot. What a great exhibition of what the new H&N slugs are capable of, and wow, the smack that slug makes on impact is crazy.

Unfortunately here in Germany, we can’t shoot with this fantastic FX Airguns. Our limit for free airguns is 7,5 Joule and that’s maximum. For an airgun max 15 Joule, when you have a FAC. But 15 joule is also no fun and you can’t shoot this fantastic designed slugs from Gerhard. 😩😭

because in my country (Indonesia) only bullets with a cal of 177/4.5 and below are allowed for civilians to hunt:)

Those heavy slugs are good for pest control since it quickly dump the energy into the target with less deeper penetration which is good.. Your new slug design is pretty good..

Finally a real projectile designed for terminal performance. My needs are similar, need to control squirrel in orchards without noise or endanger past 500 yards. So I have to limit use when the target has a positive back stop.
This means .177" and under 10 grain mass with hollow point. Both Predator Polymag and H&N Crow Magnum shed the hollow nose as a ring, leaving a cone to penetrate completely when launched at near sonic velocity. Every other design also has complete penetration.
Awesome product my friend. Maybe one small point of personal critique . . . besides the caliber and type of projectile, I would love to see the grains on the lid. Many stores over here have their pellets and slugs stacked behind glass in a showcase so it would be nice to see at a glance what the weight of the slug is. Just like the H&N Baracuda/Hunter, Sport or Rabbit Magnum etc. Not a deal breaker by the way, but maybe something to consider . . .

Hello from Alaska. Are there any plans at H&N to broaden the .357 round in the same manner?
The Grizzly that they have does not perform the way that I just witnessed in this video.
Would love the opportunity to test out this particular design in weight ranges for the larger round.

Wish there was more of a variety of weights in 25cal, seems as though the 22cal is highly favoured with it's even heavier selection of slugs than in 25cal which I find to be odd... Would've been amazing if the same sort of interest that was shown with the 22cal slug variety was shown with more calibers. Loving the content!! And joh some of those shots are absolutely insane 👀 Can't believe the sheer raw skill and talent you have with shooting! Is so inspirational and hope I can get there one day in the near future 😂

As an Airgun slug caster for myself and others,thank you… I design and produce slugs not just for accuracy, but also from a terminal performance standpoint. The problem is, you can’t obtain this type of performance in a ready- made pellet(especially at a modest price)…until now. Really nice job!

Curious to see what your old Nova Vista Alpha/Liberty would do with some H&N slugs if you sill had it. I remember you basically starting your channel with that gun. To this day mine out shoots many of my high end PCPs that I paid 4-5Xs as much for🤷♂️💯 Just being real boss. I would like to purchase some of the H&N Heavy Slugs in 0.22 30g to try in my FX Maverick slug rifle but I'm struggling to find them for sale in South Africa (I can easily find the Slug HP's but No Heavy). Could you please recommend or link to a source for the H&N Heavy slugs in SA?

I really like hunting like you...but I'm not as lucky as you to have a lot of money and be able to have this very good air rifle...I can only have an ordinary air rifle which is much cheaper and that makes me very happy... but I still work hard to be able to have a perfect hobby like you...
