True, one of the most hard working, passionate shooters and advocates of air guns and technology. Got my first PCP because of videos from SA, and had my share of fun, liking both to shoot and just to tweak and geek out (hunting not allowed here). GOOD LORD!!! That smack! It never ceases to amaze me, the power these things put out. I’ve been a varmint hunter for decades, all rimfire or .243, .223, but recently (last 3 yrs) with Airguns. Another great watch there Matt 👍 I used to use the 100grain noslers in the 260 before switching to the heavies! Defo the way forward, those 143 eld-x are little monsters! Currently running mine over 45 grains of n160 with Peterson brass 👍
I'll try that recipe in mine. Currently using 140gr match and 130 's for game. Keep those videos coming.

Does your rangefinder not have angle compensation programmed in it? I often hear you talk about having to adjust for the angle, but my RF does that calculation for me. Awesome episode man!

I have a avanger bullpup .22 and I shut the patriot slugs cal. .217 at 890 FPS....What smoking impact..
I wash my slugs with hot water and kitchen vinegar 5% and oil them with Napier power pellet oil..
Matt pls send me video to teach to teach me a site and how to adjust the scope to the zero distance and how when the distance is closer and further..

Matt are you adding any lube to your slugs or just straight out of the container? I’ve been trying to find a slug for my LW match grade Polygonal barrel and not having much luck in .25 cal. FX 34 grain pellets shoot lights out but no such luck with slugs. Got any suggestions?

Hi Matt. How many rounds have you put through your 22-250? Have you re-barreled it?
Some forums stated that you only get 800-1200 rounds before the barrel is worn out.

Nice shooting you make it look so easy. I find tuning for slugs not to easy. I just shoot pellets its much more easyer.😏
