Poor Echo, losing her identity could never express her true self, really hit me hard. I can actually relate to her, and not at all to Narcissus. Thank you!!
I know Margee, I think we all see a little of our selves in mythology, so say it's the point of mythology, to share our inner most thoughts to realise that we are all human. Thank you for watching and the comment ❤️
I've always believed in the axiom that "Self-Discipline is Self-Love" .. But, no matter how disciplined my efforts, I could never get my back to stretch far enough to truly drink in this timeless truth. Which is probably for the best, because if I had .. I doubt I would ever have left the house again, and truly would have died from "Self-Love".
@@MystOfMythology Get your mind out of the gutter! It's important to have goals in life .. and I'm sharing my story of struggling for purpose .. Nahh .. you were right lol.
Don't stress .. Trust me, being ridiculously good looking is more of a burden than anything else. Being unable to leave the house without women screaming at you and throwing their intimate apparel in your face everywhere you go is fun in the beginning but after awhile you just want to be able to grab a sandwich at the deli w/o a crowd of predatory cougars and drunk college chicks chasing you.
Ahh… it sounds like a real struggle to navigate daily life with such good looks and charm. You’re not a just an object of incredible beauty, perfect cheek bones, amazing hair, who enjoys moments of Salon Selective jingles when you flick your hair… you’re a human being with feelings!
As someone who will soon be taking Masters in Psychology, I think it's unfortunate that the name of Narcissus got stuck with arguably the most emotionally toxic breed of personality disorder out there. But it is what it is. The sooner people are aware of NPD as a problem and not "just the way people are", the better for everyone in the long run.
Man… you really know how to tell a story! 🎉

Narcissis is a prime example of how a beautiful face can hide a cold dark heart.
Just remember .. no matter how hot they are .. someone somewhere is sick of their bullsh|t.

If I’m reading that right… and knowing you, I think I am… that’s so wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Pahahaha, that extra rib was God’s way of telling ya not to do it.
It also reminds us of fan groups worshipping their idols 😂😂😂
Unrequited love got a cure😂
Excellent story as always 😊
That’s very true Sophia! (Ah. If only Salma Hayek could have married me… I am now but an echo)
If we all can be that good looking 😂
😂 Tell me about it.

A toxic character for a toxic condition. Good luck with the masters Ravens!
@@MystOfMythologysuch a shame a beautiful flower is named after such a jerk.
It’s a reminder to see beauty in others, and not just yourself.
Thins a really good true tail and good message. The one about the twins is creepy. Like can men stop being being predators already.
Thanks heather, yea the one about the twins is uncomfortable 🥴
