How "Refurbished" is this Dell Latitude 7380 Laptop bought from eBay?

I’ve bought off that seller years ago when I got a Dell Latitude E6410 alongside my mum buying a D630 with a purple lid.
Not a bad seller to be buying off, though they could put a lot more effort into cleaning it a bit more

I'm mostly impressed but calling a laptop refurbished and not changing the thermal paste is pretty poor!

The wire is possibly a Wi-Fi cable there should be two connected to the Wi-Fi card.

Thanks, I did take the card off but there was no other connection on it to connect to?

@@fixingmoddingbuilding maybe it’s incase you end up changing for a different Wi-Fi card. As generally they normally do have two wires connected

This laptops goes to business companies. Third wire can be for different configuration laptop. My guess is SIM module. But you don't have it in this configuration.

Since I came along a day or so after you posted, you may not see this comment but... That 3rd wire is for WiFi cards with a third connector. Most cards in that size just need two but its probably easier for Dell just to put the 3-wire set in all the chassis and make one config for all of them.
