- Have you ever heard of a Hasee gaming laptop? We hadn’t either until filming this video, and we bought it from Temu! It came from an interesting seller that many people have in fact heard of, and the performance is actually pretty good for the price!

it's not a knockoff, it's a genuine brand from china
Its a real brand from china - its not a knockoff… Every brand purely made in china is a knockoff. There is a reason that chinese packages gain extra attention with the border.
Nice racism but guess what. Everything is literally made in china!@@maxnum1sgameclub263
its same chasis as some medion erazer and gigabytes gaming laptop
@@maxnum1sgameclub263 so you're saying even xiaomi and DJI and other chinese brand products are a knockoff?
@@user-np1uu4kc3f so Lenovo is a knockoff huh with that logic? China might be known for knock-offs, but fake and legit brands are discernable. Looking at the laptop, it does look original enough in design.
It looks like another CLEVO rebrand. Not a bad thing, since they make laptops for the big boys. Kind of cool that it's a decent spec for a reasonable price.
because this is a rebranded clevo laptop as like my medion erazer crawler e25
Yeah its a part of the clevo/medion/laptopsdirect bunch. They do a lot of rebranded devices for bigger companies. They have half decent quality control so I wouldn't be too scared about buying one
@@theliamcooke but the quality it's perfect i change from an older acer nitro and the medion have better quality
Hasee is one of the oldest CLEVO rebrand in China
Yes
I recently graduated from a nice gaming laptop to a pc i built myself, watching some of your build guides on repeat. My build had completely different parts then any of your guides but they helped especially when hooking up the power supply cables to the motherboard.
Bro I'm just curious considering you gotten a new PC
Do u like sell ur laptop away or just use it for like school/work ?
@@naimfirdaus7357 I only used my gaming laptop for school and gaming on an external monitor. It never moved from my desk, I just really like laptops. Finally broke down and built a computer with twice the proformamce of the laptop I was using.
I remember getting Win 11 keys for under $10. I got mine off of Ebay for $7. Still works three years later.
Sameeeeeeee
no1 does that anymore since you can just literally crack it free lol....
@@arasumi3408 Why risk something that's cheap and keeps you legal.
@@arasumi3408I mean sure, you can crack it and everything but, honestly I wouldn't even do this on my or anyone's personal device.
Cracked versions (most of the time) do not receive security upgrades, lack some Microsoft features and might get you in legal issues.
@@arasumi3408bro it’s 7 dollars u honestly can’t be that cheap.
Hasee is a very famous brand in china for his price value on the components
YES
thank you for always being so engaging and informative!
I live very close to the Hasee building here in Shenzhen city China. They have been on the market for almost 20 years. They are quite famous in China and among the Chinese pc users.
The laptop might have been updating on first boot up. probably update since the OS was installed which would explain the long boot.
It doesnt work like that
Boot process has no wifi access and you need wifi to install updates
@@mecyanned what doesnt work like that? windows updates?
@@mecyanned boot up is a check of all hardware so windows could initalise an update in the boot up, ive turned my computer on and its taken longer than normal, answer me this when windows boots up and puts a fancy picture on my screen is that aldready pre installed on my hard drive?

picked this up as I just needed something for work and for when I wanted to game at home, 10/10 would recommend, I play WoW retail and love this thing.
I can’t find any laptop on temu ?
this is a well known brand in China, not some random knockoffs. Do your homework!
Ok
Still isn’t worth buying from that garbage app.
Calm down big bruh

I was bout to say lol they actually pretty good
Loved the review , i personally never trusted teemu but seeing this might change my mind . Also loved the gengar tshirt 👌🏻
definitely not coincidental that I am watching this video on a Hasee Z7 from 2015 that has a GTX 970m 3GB, Intel Core i7 4720HQ and it literally has 4 RAM slots with 3 drive slots (1x2.5", 1xM.2 SATA and 1xM.2 NvME Gen 3x2)
What makes me wonder is how does this machine have a 4th generation i7 and m.2 form factor. Gotta be a China thing lol.
Oh wow
How much did you buy it for?
@@JohnnyDLaw literally nothing because I found it in the upstairs of my parents friends takeaway shop and the HDD was dead so they let me have it for free as it was no use to them, although I did spend money upgrading it.
@@InterlacedTech asus rog had m.2 in their 4th gen intel model
please start testing the game rust on these pcs bro i been waiting and thats how u truly know if its good at games cause its high usage
i subbed probably back in 2016 or 2017? been awhile since ive watched any videos but im genuinely happy to see the channel is still doing well and the content is still enjoyable :))
Hasee 神州电脑 is China brand founded in 1995. It’s quite famous in China for value-for-money laptop product. It once ranked second largest in China laptop market.
I love the videos I watch every day
Are you sure the 2nd partition isn't a Recovery Partion? OEMs like doing that and have you create the recovery disc's instead of them having to make them and charge more for the laptop.
i heard computers from china usually have the hard drive partitioned into 2 or more partitions so people can dual boot another os if they want to, not sure though, i know china is pushing people to use linux but i'm not a reliable source so take what i say with a grain of salt
Honestly I think it’s more worth it buying prebuilds now, since it cost the same, if not, more to build one yourself. Just hook an external monitor and keyboard & mice up to this, and you’d be set. And you can take it wherever you go
I like the design, seems to be a decent performer for the price. The only worry is the name... maybe if this company can up their ante and prove themselves, they can become a player in the budget laptop market. Great review guys!
When company proves itself then their name adds to cost, while they are new in market they will try to make best possible offer for lowest price
It's a clevo laptop like the v150rne. I had multiple clevo laptops and they were pretty good quality.
Many configurable custom laptops are clevo barebones.
They are pretty. Not too flashy unlike most gaming laptops. it also looks professional
Hasee has actually been around for a while in China. I had an Android phone from this brand (good specs but poor build quality).
love the channel nd right now I play on an MSI delta 15 laptop.... I'd love to have you guys make an "All White" pc build for me nd my two sons to play nd also have you guys make a video like ya do on the build
Looks like axioo pongo 725 Indonesia laptop Which is the same as oem Clevo but They just import all the components to the factory and assemble them here to get domestic content levels
looks like a decent quality laptop and decent performance too. Easily a 800-900 USD laptop spec from other brands.
where i live you can find for less than 600$, Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 with RTX 2050 and Ryzen 5 5500H 16gb RAM and 512gb nvme the screen is 60hz tho
@@ristekostadinov2820 theres a new laptop from my area, Ryzen 5 6600H for $450, is it good? 16GB ram 512gb ssd
And it's a rtx 2050@@ristekostadinov2820
Quick heads up, those hinge covers will break off, mine did, would pay someone to 3d print me them
This is just a Clevo laplop. Clevo bases are good, some of them even have changeable desktop CPU’s. If you don’t care about the battery life and screen colour coverage, it’s an ideal choice.
5:57 dedicated v wam😂😂 hes so cute its funny😭😭
the disk partitions are a sort of "tradition of using PCs in china". Chinese people like to split their files on different disks, for example, one disk is for the system (Windows) and the other disk is for files and software.
if you have the size every1 should do this ..??
Everyone does that tho
Smh I've been doing this for over two decades for multiple reasons.. and I'm not Chinese lol
Thing looks almost identical to the Lenovo ideapad gaming laptop I bought as a backup laptop.
Hasee is a genuine computer company since 1995 in China, but they are still a relatively small company in the business. from my experience, some of their products are really worth the price than other giants.
Im surprised didn't get the silver one that intakes air from bottom and blasts the hot air at the LCD screen 🤣
does temu have a "budget" floppy drive for the vintage enthusiasts lol
It also seems they lied in the listing saying it has a cpu clock speed of 4.4 GHZ which is not true but more importantly your I5 seems to be downclocked as my 12450h base clock is 2.5 while your task manager listed 2.0. They might be referring to boosted speed but giving yours seems underclocked I would bet it would not go past 3.5 GHZ.
thank you for this video ive been working with gtx760 for years now and been looking for a new laptop so ima going try this out
Don't. There is better out there for cheaper.

I recently got lucky on a budget laptop. It is from CyberPower, and has an i7-8750H, a 1060, 16GB DR4 2400 dual channel and a 500GB NVMe SSD with room for a SATA 2.5 which I filled with a 500GB SSD. It also came with 32GB of Optane memory, which may be making all the difference in gaming. Since the monitor is 15.6, 60hz, the computer has no problem getting 60FPS in Fortnite, Forza Horizon 5, and more. Price? Less than $300, but it was used. The bonus is the keyboard has blue switches. I bought it because my daughter's computer is an AMD A12, and the keyboard is failing. My computer (ASUS TUF,
Ryzen 5 4600, 1660, 24GM dual channel, 2TB of SSD storage) also has a failing keyboard, and will be out of commission so I'm using the CyberPower until it's fixed.
Prob has CP hidden on it.
@@TonicofSonic Nope, the CP is pretty prominent on the laptop lid.
@@PapaVanTwee5 Well played sir. 🍻 Well played.
not to flex or anything but I recently got a dell g15 off marketplace for $280 (i haggled) with an rtx 3050 and ryzen 6600 I believe it was. I then gifted it to my friend so we can play Helldivers but that was one of my best marketplace finds yet.
@@tannermartin6094 I was looking at Marketplace, too. But as Dawid Does Tech says, I was not ready for a back alley knife fight.
Pls can you review a Lenovo LOQ with Ryzen processor and the rtx 4050 for content creators?
Last 2 gaming laptops I had fried!! My Alienware was getting soo hot and my other one forgot the name WoW burned it up til it black screened out
Yea apparently gaming laptops only got their crap together one or two generations ago even then brands like gigabyte, Msi and Alienware are still rancid.
its cuz the hot air has no where to go if the laptop is on a table, that why it's highly recommended to get a laptop fan it will help trust, my friends laptop becomes SO hot when he only plays roblox and some other games that run on potatoes so yea next time get a laptop fan
@@joudalhassan-cm4wm your laptop should already have a fan or two inside and if your friends laptop is overheating from roblox I think he has bigger issues than cooling

that looks exactly like my gigabyte g5 kf but the ports are different
that's literally my laptop..... axioo pongo 725
The thermals look pretty good
I saw that brand on Newegg too. Not sure what it’s from
Rebranded Clevo. Really good.
I'm using the hasee 13500hx+4060 model as my gaming machine, it's enough for all the jrpgs and rhythm games like OSU(600+fps) plus DJmax. With star citizen at nearly 55-60 fps in space and 50 fps in space station New Babbage at 1080p high quality, any problems at this price(RMB5500 or £600) would be mine. Just a reminder, for star citizen you should upgrade to 32g ram at least, and do not using the original ssd, only save movies or small games in that drive or you will stearing at the loading screen all day long
This actually looks like a really good option if you're willing to throw any chance of customer support out the window
ok if you are living in a country with barely any customer support
It's crazy that a noname brand actually uses dual channel RAM, meanwhile, well known brands like Asus, puts only one stick, in many cases. Dual channel RAM makes a HUUUGE difference.
I never seen them selling laptops before
This is basically a rebranded erazer crawler e25
5:53 ... I cant be the only one that noticed he's saying "labtop" right??

They are sold out on Temu now so it must have sold well!
I felt old when they got the ick over DDR4 RAM 🥲
why does this video feel like a group project speech
They really need to pair their laptop GPU with adequate CPU like RTX 4050 + 13400h/13100h
i havent paid much atention to the intel chpis lately, that 12 gen is underpowered?

It's actually pretty damn easy to activate windows for free.
I would check for preinstalled malware
that's a decent amount of dedotated veewam for such a cheap laptop
VWAM?
Without a Windows install? Sounds good to me, I have a bunch of Windows 10 keys I've been hoarding.
I just bought Lenovo Legion 5 with r7 5800h rx 6600m 16gb ram 165hz display...ngl its very good just had to clean it and change the thermalpaste cus temps were high now runs cool on 70c avg not even loud, only thing is that im getting used to it cus i been desktop gaming my whole life and its kinda hard to go from 27inch display to 15.6inch
