It’s a great fun little gun. Much more engaging than most 22lr AR’s. A few hiccups from the mags on this session, but once they’re setup they run great 👍🏻
UK gun laws are strange … you have to be a member of a gun club, you have to store your ammunition and weapons separately and there is some sort of permit required, and I’m not sure but i think they can take your firearms if you are kicked out of said gun club.
@@Justin-w9t7e you don’t ‘need’ to be part of a gun club, you just need ‘good reason’ to own firearms. So hunting, pest control etc will suffice. However there are certain firearms that you realistically wouldn’t be able to have without being part of a club that shoots them.
Also, our laws are really complicated and an absolute minefield for people coming into the sport

They’re just regular 19mm target patches, it can do any size up to 30mm

I have over 50000 rds💥 threw my Rak 22 trigger Broke 3 times but now it just hangs on my wall . I modified 3 black dog machine magazines but only 2 worked . They really need to make 30rd mags that work then you having to buy something different and modfing it
Shame about the trigger. I hated the factory one, swapped it out after about 2-3k for an ALG trigger, probably the best thing I’ve done to the rifle in terms of shootability.
I agree about the mag situation. It’s a bit of a pain having to modify the black dogs every time, but once you have them fitted they work really well. I also made an internal magazine well for the gun to take out the sideways play in them, that made a huge difference to their reliability

Was a cut needed to install the handguard? My Zenitco handguard needs a cut to turn the connecting bit into a rectangle so it can be installed, haven't done it as I dont want to ruin a factory zenitco
It needed a bit of filing on the receiver engagement lug. But nothing else. They should be extremely tight fitting into the receiver to ensure solid fitment

How'd you get that Zenitco rail to mount without the b33 dustcover?
The dust cover requires the handguard, but the handguard doesn’t require the dust cover. It mounts directly into the receiver and is secured by the handguard retainer.
It’s like the foundation of their kit, most things attach straight onto it 👍🏻
