I am 19 and I tend to not care what clothes I wear. But these videos demonstrating all these aesthetics inspire me to try them all!
As I watch these videos, I look at myself and understand that I need to improve. I will try to focus on the tips given by one the channels video. It would be helpful if you guys would give me some recommendations in regards to fitness. I have been sedentary and unfortunately cannot do a single pushup. I have downloaded an app for workouts. So tips are appreciated.
we all communicate with how we dress, even if you don't care what you wear, you communicate something, you communicate that you don't care.
Same man.
You never get another chance to make a first impression. Decide who you want to be...then dress for it. It's hardly everything, but it's a start...you tend to act like the man in the mirror.
And excellent manners is the second step...
Bro I am 16 and likes old miney
The crucial point this video overlooks is *aesthetics.* It really doesn't matter what exactly you wear, it's just that the "old money" people referred here learned to understand what looks beautiful.
No prints, colors that go together and good proportions.
My mom was an aesthetics teacher and even though we're not rich, my entire family looks great because we just know how to pick the best from the options we have.
IMO listing brand names is a "new money habit," new money seems to have forgotten the universal almost-science of beauty.
The most distinct point of an "old money" appearance is a complete lack of stress. If you are well dressed, groomed, and look well slept with clear skin, you appear stress free. Money is normally the cause of most stress, and to not look stressed subconsciously makes you think of money. Being a model also helps 😂
I was never into trends, but this one I need to say that is a truly timeless and beautiful trend compared to the ones that appear nowadays
I would add that the old money warderobe actually resembles italian menswear, which excludes black almost completely as a color for clothing. Instead, it uses dark navy ("suit navy") and charcoal grey as substitutes for black clothing.
In general, old money consist of whites, blues, beiges, browns, greys and muted greens (olive, khaki, faded pistaccio etc.).
This has to be ai made, no way this channel recommends buying a 20k rolex or a 90k patek Phillip 🤣🤣
narration sounds like ai tbh
How to make videos by using ai ?
I mean Tbf I wear swap between an AP, Rolex, patek and a nice watch from dolce and gabana and they all get about the same number of complements and most people have no clue what watch your wearing so as long as you wear something nice it’s really alright and if your balling get a nice Rolex for fancy occasions and honestly your set
Its “old money” meaning you’ve grown up with lots of money, obviously for it to be actually old money its gonna expensive
@@2caiden4u you dont have to dress a certain way, you can get most of this in a thrift store
This trend is blowing up quicker than anything I can remember lately. I saw like 4 other videos last week on it aswell. I will say it's way better than this baggy wide fit look that hopefully is on its way out this year.
Nah Baggy's not going anywhere gee😅
Fashion rolls around on 30 year cycles. There are original trends that are unique to the decade, sure. There might be inspiration from any era of fashion, sure. But the Primary Fashion trends in a decade are influenced by what came about 30 years before.
Pop culture works much the same way weirdly enough 😂. Notice how the 2010's were filled with 80s Nostalgia, for fashion that meant AF1s, AJ1s, skinnier Jeans and others.
In the 2020s the decade of nostalgia is gonna be the 90s. The baggier Jeans are probably going to be around for the next 5 years at least. Their might be a Netflix TV show like Stranger Things, set in the 90s or a Men in Black day (like Back to the Future day). I'm spitballing but we're defo gonna see more Nineties trends in fashion and pop culture in the next few years.
I really do hope the baggy jeans die quickly tho. I don't get people's obsession with them.
@@himum3429 those are really solid points! But yes hopefully the more baggier silhouettes start to fall by the way side again in the not so distant future. I also can't remember recently a trend that has blown up quicker than this old money one. I honestly thought it would only be a select few people mentioning it or even showcasing it but as of the past few weeks I literally can't go anywhere without someone doing a reel or video about it and someone said it's because of some HBO show that's on now or something.
Its not a trend. Its just the way normal adults have always dressed, who are not affected by wacky trends ;-)
@@tentimetex Bingo.
Fun fact: local charity shops often have a lot of items from many brand mentioned, though second hand, at a ridiculously lower price, and often no difference in condition
this !!!
Thank you so much.
I love the Old Money Aesthetic and luckily the fragrances I like have the woody and spicy\ citrus notes as their main notes.
Loved the video. On point always on point ✌️
I built a mood board on Pinterest for old money aesthetic and everything he just mentioned was already on my board i guess i am going in the right direction.
Great guide
thanks dor this video i realy need it znd keep you doing amazing job
It's your best video so far bro no doubt
''Old money'' is not a trend. Its just the way normal adults have always dressed, who are not affected by wacky trends ;-)
What are you dumb? I mean literally search up "Old money tiktoks" on yt or sum. And in actuality Old money isnt derived from any type of adult. Like stated in the video are from families of generational wealth. It has become a trend in recent years to dress in the old money aesthetic.
'normal adults' 'wacky trends' u sound basic af lmao
Dude you rap?
I love this❤
I was always a fan of classic mens wear. in fact my dads wardrobe is filled with 200+ ties & purple labels. idk how he got them but he wore them for 15 years. Now that style is becoming a trend.

Amazingly, in the “blazer” section, no blazer was actually shown.
Will start my own brand one day and we we’ll all look great while wearing it
Great video as always! can we get more of these? I was thinking about a more in-depth guide at the 'Edgy Aesthetic' a popular one aswell.
could you do a video about bohemian style? I can't seem to find the right clothing that suits the look
Come on. You can't call a Rolex Day Date in platinum as "Oyster Perpetual" 🤣
Love to see an in depth on masculine aesthetic, its quite hard to nail but when you do it is 🔥🔥
In the UK the only dudes that dress like this are the sort of welps that breasfed until they were 14.
Almost all the shoes shown are not actually Oxfords. The first brown "Oxford" is a Double Monk. The black "Oxford" is a Derby. The Cap-Toe "Oxford" is a Cap-Toe Derby with light brogueing. The "Wingtip Oxford" is a Cap-Toe Derby with light brogueing in brown and the plain-toe "Oxford" is just a regular Derby. Makes one question the quality of the video overall...
(the apple nerd emoji)
Disagree on cropped pants, cuffed yes, cropped no. The fit on classic outfits should be perfect, meaning it actually is the exact right length. You can always cuff them up if you want to but they should always fit correctly
Agreed; cropped is a tasteless trend.
They look ok on young euro-models. Can't imagine The King wearing them
Hey great content as usual. I notice pretty much of the “quite luxury” pieces are geared towards temperate or colder climate. How about a video on quite luxury for the tropics - yes, places with perpetually humid and hot climate. Hello from Singapore.
is lacoste a brand to buy from or pass on when it comes to polo shirts?
Bracelets and rings are great for the old money aesthetic but they have to be subtle. Another great brand for this look is suit supply
Remember - your phone is an accessory too!
Remove the old silicone case and buy a new leather one.
in depth skin care routine
Where could I get that sweater on the thumbnail in the left? The green one?
Please do clean cut and el chapo in depth
Left the video after seeing all kind of shoes except oxfords during the oxford shoe recommendation
Old money will Never go out of style 🔥
aah the classic "daddy's money"
I’m glad to say that I was dressed like this before it became in fashion 😂
We need detailed video of the el chapo aesthetic
Bro this was more like cleancut
In your summer aesthetic video you mentioned about oversized linen shirts and Chino shorts
Do skater aesthetic
Can you make video on Korean bad boy aesthetic in depth
Lovely vid pls do one for gym bro aesthetic and pls do include long pants as well not just shorts
If you want to see the gym bro aesthetic, just go walk around walmart for a while
@@tempestandacomputer6951 eish bro I live in Africa we don't got Walmart out here 😔
Miss the previous and original narrator, yeah sure the narrator is good and it allows the owner of the channel to have it live when he decides to quit or sell it but just the voice of someone who is speaking can change a lot of the outcome with the exact same words
Bro it's summer, I ain't wearing blazers or layering, psyc👽
Old money >>>>
background music name??
J crew is a great choice for this type of style
Also the AI accent isn't old money English - more supermarket manager. And the vocabulary is US. Few British people would know what a wingtip shoe is, even if they oened some
day 3
for for asking one for sports asthethic like soccer jerseys etc
How do Prep/Ivy/Trad-style fit in in this aesthetic.
This!
Lowkey liked the authentic voice than the ai
great video, however a old money watch would be only gold with leather band, exotic leather, perlon not steel
bro just recommended Patek 💀
Go in depth on more aesthetics
None of the shoes at 3:58 are Oxford shoes. They are Derby shoes.
Step No.1
Be handsome and white
Gymbro aesthetic video please
do this but for opium aesthetic i want to be like destroy lonely 🔥🔥
Sorry mate but please inform yourself better when you do a video outside your area of expertise. The three shoes you showed for oxford examples are all derbies instead..
Also some outfits chosen show there's a certain eye for detail missing in whoever chose them as for example there is a blazer that definitely wouldn't stick up to the quality demands of a connoisseur and a shirts with cheesy detailing that definetly don't fit the look oma is going for.. Then you sometimes chose brands that are clearly only obtainable for actual old money folks, not really helpful for the audience.
Big mistake in the haircut section, with the stock footage, showing shaved heads, absolutely not Old money Style Fashion
Thanks I bought a Patek Philippe and 5 Rolex and I got 100 Ralph Lauren pieces for only 200 tousand dollars.
It shows images more of a softeboy aesthetic than old money
I feel like a rugged bulky bearded man would look even better with these clothes than a clean shaven skinny boyish guy would
You can tell how this was made for Americans by:
1, brands you've never heard of
2, incomprehensible costs
3, use of the imperial system
True. They should also focus on the other parts of the world
at least half of the mentioned brands are well-known even in Russia
I want to buy white linen trousers . How do I hide the underwear below it ?
Wear white
@@bruisevain2577 white shows . My skin tone is light brown
Consider cream and ivory or even light grey instead of white.
@@MuhammadAbdullah-hm9qptry something creamy colour

JBW vibes in this video
The watch recommendations are hilarious. If you could afford these watches you wouldn’t be watching this video for how to dress rich when you’re already rich.
What would be the ideal beard length?(if any)
That depends heavily on your facial structure, e.g. jawline and cheekbones
Old money would never appear without sock, exception being boating shoes.
Check your facts.....
i think you forgot the part where it is supposed to look like you have money. All these brands are extremely expensive
all three oxford-styles are actually derby shoes...maaan, you need to do better research
Cropped pants have ZERO to do with old money. Cropped pants are beach/resort wear and a trend anywhere else.
Feels like its been chat gpt insppired
8:16
If I was able to spend money on a pair of gucci or a patek philippe I probably would have the information for old money
You don’t need those watches TIMEX or TISSOT will do
A video for all the lower-born who aspire to ladder-climb into what they think is high society. One who is "old money," as this video likes to call it, never refers to himself or his peers as "old money," and one would never be caught referring to his dress or deportment as "an aesthetic."
"Old money" doesn't wear brands-"old money" owns brands and sells them at mockingly unjustifiable prices to imposters, poseurs, and arrivistes who have no idea what real wealth is or how it keeps itself hidden.
Finally, a man of "old money" will never tell you with what words he actually refers to himself, to his peers, and to the elements of his world; the last thing he would want is for an imposter to acquire the parlance of one who actually belongs in his world.
My budget: bro shut the fu*k up..😂😂 4:20 4:20 4:20
bro thinks I'm shiting money
You can get lots of quality stuff online for a reasonable price. Just make sure they're good fabrics and the site has a rock solid return policy.
Bro please make a video of aesthetics for short guys
The narration says one thing, but the imagery is "gay male fashion model." LOL
HAWTHORNES
Are there any female old money examples?
I recommend searching it into Pinterest for ideas
bruv casually recommends patek
My taste has always been old money. I dont like overly tacky branded stuff. I wear black and white and blue dresses. Thats all.
what happens when a male gold digger and a female gold digger who are posing old money style, attempt to fall in love with each other and then both people find out the other is as broke as they are. how embarrassing
Masculine outfits
So now we are in the era where salaried employees want to impersonate the individuals who have actually inherited their generational wealth
just because you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth doesn’t mean other people can’t dress how they want to
bro @3:57 thinks those are oxfords 💀
Step 1: Have alot of money
Axel arigato are worst in sizes. Not comfortable at all even after 1 year of usage.
NO FAKE TAN.
I love indian skin color it is so attractive and sexy
you mean brown colour?
"Classic Oxford shoes [...] are the go-to option" and you don't show even a single pair of Oxfords. Do you even know what are you talking about?
the most important thing in order to dress like "old money" is to have old money......if not you are a poseur
F
🙄😃👌👍🤩
I love old money but my money doesn’t support.
You cannot dress in old money aesthetic, because old money it's not an aesthetic, it's the real thing. It's about heritage, upbringing, future generations born with the same privilege. The most you can do is to dress in quiet luxury, that's an aesthetic.
