Because he's in the first generation of the ownership. He still has all the passion about the car, not about making money.
1600HP on that small engine, with a gearbox that isn't really a gearbox anymore, that is a hybrid, with that small weight, well... it's insane. They crushed them all. Koenigsegg and his team of engineers are pure geniuses.
The Jesko is electric right?
Some say he was born deaf and that he was given a hearing aid for his first birthday. All we know is he's called the top gear sound editor
The most under rated comment on this video 🤣🤣
it still looks beautiful!
Yeah!
Eric Rodrigues Nope😂
Ohh yes still nice in 2018
CC8S to CCXR still are my dreamcars, not the Agera :)
There’s no problem with the sound. I have this on DVD and it sounds perfectly fine. It’s purely a problem with the TH-cam upload.
3:23 screenshot would make cool poster
Test Agera one:1 please
the agera and the one:1 are two different cars :)
There is a reason it call Agera one:1
ROCKETGUNS BOOMBS yeah they dropped the agera name for the one:1 it just looks the same
Yup.
ALMOST THE SAME… more things coming out of the One:1 and a colossal sized rear wing
It's funny looking back on this now and seeing how far above any other competitor they've really advanced..
I wanna see the damn Agera R already
Yes, TopGear, please test the 1:ONE. And find a new sound guy. And chose a 'Stig' who won't throw it across the airfield and through some old tyres... Maybe that's why Koenigsegg are a bit ... hesitant to send their best cars to be on TopGear.
This is a Koenigsegg CC8S (Competition Coupe 8-cylinder [V8] Supercharged), and this particular model is chassis #004, being the 4th of 6 CC8S models (4 of 6) ever made, therefore also the 4th Koenigsegg built.
swedish proud :D
A MANUAL TRANSMISSION!!!
Legend has the BBC is now selling these videos as hearing tests.

XD there's no need to be rude c'mon! =P
I love when the music is louder than commentary.
2:51 I can tell it's RWD, cuz the rear wheels are spinning faster
It isn't if it was going faster there would be lots of smoke
Then there must be some serious wheelspin
thumbs down because those music was added and totaly ruins the vid
Totally agree. Also this was around the point when Jeremy Clarkson became an arrogant pillock.
Chris Short and then the show got even better!
MrGlorifiedCake And now is pretty much sh*t.
+royraiden Thankfully, the team are making their own show for Amazon Prime :D
This was from a time the McLaren F1 was still the current benchmark for top super car. The hypercar of the 2000s were still emerging.
245MPH = 394.28928 kilometers per hour.
Beautiful car and love the sound.
_"Supercharger whacking the _*_fuel_*_ in."_ 😂
3:20 is when you can hear clarkson speaking
The audio in this video is atrocious!
Is there some issue with the audio? The pitch of the music seems to be way aboe the pitch of Clarkson's blathering.
Nothing like wearing a shirt with a picture of a mass murderer on it on national tv.
I hope he wore that as a joke imao
its a fashion statement now lmao
Oh, I thought that was Mickey Mouse...
What triggered you ya wuss?
*It's the Fashion Statement of "Broom-Stick Arm" Antifafags in Portland.*
