It's the closest thing we ever got to a road-legal F1 car, which is a big milestone in itself. Also, why do you say you can't drive it home? It's every bit impractical, but so is an Ariel Atom, which has even less equipment than this.

the T1 is the ultimate supercar track day special, no one in their right mind would take this out on a normal road, to blitz that track is 1,10 is insane, and stigg's lap was incredible, showing great skill.
Now imagine putting 1,200 HP under the hood. I think Caparo could easily make the T1 into the fastest production car in the world. Driving it like that, though, is another story.

I love the looks, the speed and the sound of that caparo and I also admire Caparo wanting to make a Formula 1 car for the road. I think some car makers should try that. If Caparo themselves conquered the reliability issues, it would have been a really amazing car. I know they took it off the Power Lap Board, but, they should've had a separate Power Lap Board for it.

It's a Formula 1 car for people who aren't lucky enough to be picked up by a Formula 1 team and can't afford a $2.6 Million Formula 1 car and the millions of dollars of support equipment that's needed to maintain and operate one. If you ever wanted to drive a Formula 1 car, this is the closest thing to it unless you want to race professionally or are a multimillionaire.

I don't think Stig really pushed it like in most cars he's driven. Watch the acceleration of Jeremy vs Stig. Stig really let off and used a more tactile approach. Like someone else said, those were road tires, and not slicks. If the test track is properly paved, they could've used slicks and we could see what Stig could really do with it.

No it wouldn't be able to corner as fast the car does not make any lift so it would even do one backflip it would probably unsettle the car a bit and then the driver would slow down

I don't think Stig really pushed it like in most cars he's driven. Watch the acceleration of Jeremy vs Stig. Stig really let off and used a more tactile approach. Like someone else said, those were road tires, and not slicks. If the test track is properly paved, they could've used slicks and we could see what Stig could really do with it.

Price doesn't say anyting about something...and honestly, I think that the caparo is pretty cheap concidered how magnificient it is. Absolutely astonishing. You pay 1mil for bugattis, 1/4 of that money and you bus something thats by far better. Seriously, Bugattis, Koeniggsegg, Pagani...those cars are about speed, thats it. It doesn't matter if its comfortable, if you can buy some grocerys with it or how much it consumes, people driving these cars don't care, neither do i. Those type of cars should only be judged by the fact how fast they are.

Bboy RagnarouS I had the honor to sit in a Konigsegg for about 550-600 kilometers, that was not really comfortable. And as i said, i don't care as long as it makes it up with speed :)

The redbull x1 has a maximum lateral acceleration reaching up to 8.75G.......many people may lose consciousness in the middle of a curve lol
You'd have to wear a G suit and go though Fighter pilot training to drive it unfortunately.

X1 looks like this one though so Its pretty damn close ( you will still need to learn the skill to drive it though )
