Hey Adrienne, I come home many days stressed from my job or just tightened up because I work at a desk job. this video really helped me to let go of the day and check in with my mental health and rejuvenate my mind for the rest of my evening. did not feel like doing yoga today, or at least not day 19 of the 30 day program. its hot, I'm exhausted from all the therapy I had today, I just wasn't feeling it. but I knew that I would be able to do 5 minutes. I even added a pose for balance and I'm so happy to have rolled out the mat and do what I could today
This week I am working on my sleep hygiene, taking more breaks while working, and creating stronger delineation between my work time and not work time (such as by getting up and doing some yoga then going downstairs to talk to some humans instead of just closing my work tabs and opening my fun tabs without ever getting off my butt!) Thank you for being part of my healthy routine :)
I work from home on my computer, then I unwind by playing games on my computer. This practice is my favourite for drawing a line under my working day and switching to recreational time :) Even though it's only five minutes, it feels a long time now since I was hard at work and I am ready for a relaxing evening.
My Dr recommended getting back into yoga to deal with stress and anxiety and I jumped straight back onto your channel and only two days into it I feel in a better head space. Thank you for making Yoga seem more accessible with this video! I was struggling finding half an hour (or more) to myself but little videos like this make everything feel much easier and clears my head for the day/night. Thankyou!

this helps me to focus going into a day full of classes. It relaxes my muscles and my joints without having to spend half an hour on it in the morning and it's a great way to keep me calm. I have big issues with stress but diving into some stress relief yoga makes the day go easier. Thanks Adriene! A few minutes ago I did Yoga for stess relief again and I just finished that one. It releases bad energies. When your heart, soul is placed in the higher frequency vibration of your indeed you feel light-hearted. I feel like that. I needed it. Namaste.
