    • @t5396

    • @lupavo1738
      @lupavo1738 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Did you not listen to what he said? No matter what you do in prolonged fast even electrolytes will not prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue and damage to your organs.

      Prolonged fast would be those excess fad fasts which include 24+ hr water/liquid fast. The purpose for fasting to help with autophagy, anything over 16-20 hrs a day wouldn’t even be beneficial at that point, even the OMAD longterm isn’t really all that good.

    Dear Dr. Eric berg. Greetings from Bangladesh. I have been watching your videos for a long time and have immensely benefitted from your advise.
    My maid, aged 73, has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, which has metastisized. I have been treating her with natural diet as you have suggested in your previous videos. I do strongly believe that nature has the best medicine. She is complaining about her tumour getting bigger by the day. The pain she feels is unbearable. Her oncologist said to start chemo but we don't want her to go through all the madness. She wants an operation done but the doctor is not allowing. Please advise how to treat her. She has been with us for 22 years and is like a family member. Any advice or suggestions is highly appreciated.

    • @lupavo1738
      @lupavo1738 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Calm down dude, you’re not fasting more than 16 hrs a day in Ramadan, the correct way to do it just not to break the fast with junk food. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy.

    • @lupavo1738
      @lupavo1738 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Proinseas Ni hAnluain Ramadan is a dry fast and those guys aren’t fasting for 23 hrs, that’s even hilarious to say. Trust me, dry fast for 23 hrs, have a 1 hr food window into another dry fast, you will be drained and severely malnourished. Ramadan is about being active and doing things during the day, being malnourished will definitely lead to one being tired and wanting to rest all day.

    So people should do a Stress Test first before diving into something. My husband and I did a camping stress test before buying all the gear for extreme weather camping. We bought a tent and sleeping bags and slept in the ice cold weather for 1 night only to see how we felt after setting up in pouring rain and freezing temperatures over night. We did really well and felt great. Then the car broke down and we were stranded in the boonies.... Another stress test ....

    After intermittent fasting every day for about 16 months , i've had lung turbeculosis. I don't know if it has anything to do with fasting for 16-18 hours/day and in two ocasions i did 24 hours, but i've kinda blamed it on intermittent fasting.
    That was 2 years ago i did a 6 month antibiotic treatment (over 1000 pills) and everything went well.
    Now i'm back on i.f. again for about 4 months and i'm pretty back in shape. Now i do keto too.
