People giving training advice to professional (Olympian!) bodybuilders! Lol! The form and their type of training isn't for the average gym rat. They have great control over the weight, it's really just an illusion of them throwing the weight around so fast... This way they are able to stimulate and overwhelm the muscle fibers. For anyone else this is definitely bad form, because the muscles aren't prepared to recover from that kind of training. Johnny Jackson once said "to train like a pro you have to eat like a pro" and that includes anabolic enhancing goods ;)

Adil Tahir Ironically, his injuries have had nothing to do with the gym. He talks about this in generation iron. The last time he missed an olympia was because he slipped in a puddle outside a super market or something like that lol.

What they are doing is basically the bro-science nonsense that promotes partial reps with heavier weight as somehow being optimal for muscle growth. Don't go to a bodybuilder if you want weightlifting advice. Jason Blaha pretty much nailed it in one of his videos. Genetics, Juice and BF% are the biggest factors with these guys.
Branch Warren is probably the most injured of the top 10 bodybuilders in the world. He gets hurt ALL the time. He's even cracked jokes about himself about it. Now, as far as form is concerned, they don't concentrate on strict form with weights that high. When using lower weight ranges, you'll see a difference in their form. I have bodybuilder friends that STRESS form, that is, until you get into really heavy weight ranges. As I've listened to my friends about form (on lower ranges), I've gotten stronger with strict form faster than I was without their advice.
He cannot even place his elbows correct in the flat dumbell presses so that his back help him press this ridiculous weight to please his ego.. I sincerely hope these prow train with lighter weights properly when the cameras go off.. No hate, just sick of reading articles from them saying that you should use strict form and then see them do this..
Please have the right attitude in the gym premises most specially to others. Please dont throw the weights its very dangerous to others.... Very unsafe

I know that both Ronnie and Branch/Johnnie train at metroflex, but Ronnie has MUCH better form. He doesnt use momentum and bounce the weight!
