I can assure NONE OF YOU could do this with this much weight. Not so much Jackson but Branch is curling maybe 70lbs with no grip assistance. That's insanely strong.

this type of training is just working out for them,all the jerking and half reps,its just how their physiques are! full length reps work for physiques like arnold.for every type of physique there are different type of movements
It's not about form it's about hitting the muscle hard regardless of how it gets done. Now hurting your tendons and ligaments are another story but building muscle has nothing to do with form. Form is about staying healthy long term.
Building muscle has everything to do with building muscle, I bet you 100% if you were to train with such shit form then you'd get shit results. Shit form = shit results in bodybuilding, everyone knows it that has had at least a little bit of experience lol
