I wouldn't download Ascendio without performance issues. It breaks graphics for the performance. But it's cool if you have problems.

Game has performance issues... That's period. Literally. No GPU/CPU combo exists that doesn't have issues throughout the game as the game itself doesn't have proper background loading algorithm and is just a mess. Basically loading bunch of high detail models and textures all around you at once which you don't see due to occluded objects be it buildings or rooms etc.
As far as i read Ascendio is the only way to play this game with and I'm half way through without knowing it existed... I definitely will be trying it with my RTX 3090 and i5 11400 see how better it fares.

@@sermerlin1 Yeah I was wrong about Ascendio, I believe it is for people who do have performance issues with lower end GPU's and whatnot.

Any good mods for performance? Trying to play with UEVR and it's really demanding.

in the edition of empress where the file for the installation is located that is requested whenever the program is run

I just installed the “installer” and it guides you through the installation
