Enes, your channels have acquired quite a loyal following over the years, partly due to how personable the presenters are. A huge part of that personability was the dynamic between you and Mikey, which is a huge part of what made your videos special. Therefore, I think you should at least let your loyal audience know Mikey's status. We don't need details, but it would be nice to know whether he is still with the channel or not and how he is doing. It's the bare minimum for the people who have become invested in this channel and tune in every week to support. Also, this inquiry is not meant to discredit Cody at all. He does a fantastic job and is an amazing addition to the team! We would just be comforted and enjoy the content more if this elephant in the room- Mikey's absence- is addressed.

Okay...this is by far the coolest house you've toured imo. It's not the biggest by any means...it's definitely not the most expensive, but it has endless character, soul for days. I might be in the minority, but I like it. When I first saw the front door, it reminded me of Tolkien’s Riverdale from the Hobbit trilogy. The interior furnishings are not my taste, but heck that’s going with the former owner anyway.

Absolutely love this house, eclectic furnishings and California vibe that was typical back in the day which I always adored after visiting relatives who lived in the Long Beach area. Thanks for another fab video and I loved learning the history of Mr. Gesner and seeing some of his other house designs including his own. I hope you and the team have the honour of touring some of his others one day.
This was such an amazing house! Everything I've seen from Harry is spectacular, and I really hope we'll see more of his properties from your perspective going forward. The Sandcastle House was toured by Architectural Digest, but they gloss over so many more details and seeing you guys there would be really amazing just to understand the property better.

Very nice, very mid-century. Nice to see a property in LA that isn’t yet another bland ultra-modern glass box. If this home is for sale, I hope much of the interior furniture and fittings are included. Just so much character! That fabulous ocean view too, and its Malibu!

This house is the epitome of how problematic walls of glass can be. Those dirty, hazy, fogged up or whatever windows, would drive me insane.
With that kind of money, you have a person to fix that :)
This is where you can negotiate a six figure discount. Those windows have to be fixed. They are similar to having cataracts.

It's very ... unique. I was thinking the word " eclectic" , before Enes said it, but wasn't sure if that was the correct terminology. But I see and after hearing Enes say it, the word is appropriate . I like it in a way, it works, especially if you're looking for a relaxing place to enjoy the day, the weather, THE VIEW. There's so many little different places to sit and reflect.
I love your pick for visiting here❣️And this reminds me of some places that I have drawn in the past, and have an art piece upon the wall behind my couch that has a landscape picture of different styles of places/homes and even a Hawaiian style home and when I get anxious a little or bored for a minute I just gaze up at it. I love this place! The entrance gives off a Hobbit-hole home feel to it. Gotta say the kitchen is truly unique. I also love the dining area. It's unlike any other kitchen and dining area I've seen you tour in your travels. Also RIP to the designer of this home, Harry Gesner.
