Most of these people refuse to use shelters for one reason, and one reason only... They cannot bring their drugs.

Good! Let's take back our parks and neighborhoods. We pay taxes and the homeless do not yet they have more rights than taxpayers! If they don't want to move into a shelter, then they need to go to jail or rehab.

You must be a rich person who has lost your mind! You have set yourself up as narcissistic person who has "Superior" mind set. To many good laws have been abused and makes the situation worse. Before the homeless situation set in, laws were made to protect homosexuals! I couldn't go into a public restroom without being assaulted by them! They seem to think that they, all of a sudden have Superior rights over everyone! Sometimes protecting something makes it worse, if not carefully thought out...! The politicians today are to busy making money, to make a sound judgement!
We need a new constitution and supreme court! They seem to be rich people, who have lost their minds! Things have changed with the new technology we have today! America is in a slow decline if we don't wake up! We should be helping one or the other, without being self-righteous !righteousness
