I adore the part about calling mental health conditions a “fad”. Y’all are so right. We would ALWAYS rather people get OVER diagnosed and actually have the ability to talk about it, rather than have society shy away from talking about it.
We are a system. Didn’t realize until it became a “fad”. It helped us gain access to information and we were less scared to talk to other people about it! You guys genuinely helped us so much. Glad to see y’all still doing well
