When I first started the game about 4 months ago, my friends warn me that the SSR rate in the game sucks. Like really, really bad. I didn't believe him. After today, I had to believe him. I went from 346SQ to 0SQ to get NP5 Fuuma, no Shuten, no Mama, no robot Milf, no sitting EX.

I’m generally more Arts-leaning, but I dabble in all three card types to some extent.
I borrowed a friend’s Osakabehime a few times in JP and absolutely loved every second of it. I want to have her myself (ideally in NA since my account is far more established than my JP), so I’ll be throwing whatever I can on Halloween.
My take on this is as follows:
Should you roll for her? YES
Should you roll for her now? Debatable- I'd say people might be better off rolling for her during the rerun next year and save for king hassan, salem and new years
Since Halloween 4 (oniland) doesn't actually feature any new servants except for caster shuten (the welfare) the featured servants for oniland are gonna be:
Shuten: already had 2 rate-ups this year(1 currently ongoing) and another one early next year with setsubun
Sitonai: story locked to lb2 (meaning she can spook you on other banners) this will be her first rate-up after lb2(basically the only reason why you might roll on the oniland banner)
Berserker ibaraki: pretty sure most players already have her at this point.....
Lancer ibaraki: if you're gonna roll for archer Jeanne on summer 3, your chances on getting at least one copy of her are VERY HIGH
But that's really up to the players to decide since next year is gonna have a plethora of amazing new servants: the first 3 lostbelts, the Apocrypha event, summer 4, a secondary banner during gudaguda 2 rerun that as of right now is last saber okita rate-up (and poster girl for whoever didnt get it), gudaguda 3
I would like to offer a new perspective to people who feel Hime is underwhelming.
Consider the mainstay supports, Merlin, Waver, Tamamo, Skadi. What do they all have in common? Caster class, i.e destroyed by riders. Riders also like to crit often if I’m not mistaken. So, Hime being an assassin offers her class to the support role. Casters don’t hit that hard and if you pair her with Kintoki or Ishtar, their quick decks will match her own and their overwhelming power will destroy any caster that dares to look at her the wrong way.
At the end of the day everyone has their opinion and I just wanted to shed light on why I think she deserves a near game breaking spot of her own.
This is a great point about the class. Most supports are Casters in general, an Assassin support brings a new layer of gameplay strategies. Personally, I still think some of her weaknesses prevents her from being top tier, but within Quicks, she's amazing.
Rolling for CEs really but I wouldn't mind having Okki in my Chaldea. She's cute so that's a good enough reason but the real prize for me will be trying to NP5 Carmilla and getting her animation update o3o.

Osakabehime sucks upon release but I can't help but love her.
Also, she works insanely well with Gray in the future, so of course I want her.

I love arts stall teams but I really want to invest in Quick teams. I feel like most of them are gimmicky but fun to utilize when executed well so it’s good we’re getting more Quick supports in NA

Well didn’t expect Okki to show up while summoning for Tamamo. But hey...considering her summoning lines I don’t think she did either.
So got another option besides just Skadi to support the quick teams. And I suppose technically one to help support busters a bit besides the support Merlin I always have to borrow.
A cute servant if nothing else.
I myself lean more towards Buster/Arts combo but, like others, it's mainly due to the lack of Quick supports. I would love to have someone to buff my Jack and Saber Fran.
However, with Abigail being so close, I think I'll wait for Skadi.
Dont forget NP overchargers like Edison and the Devilish Bodhisattva CE to increase her NP's quick boost.
If you can time when Edison falls, you can benefit from 2 more turns of quick for one servant, while having other quick/attack buffers in backline like Atalante.
Im all about the Arts.
(If only I could pull one last Formalcraft for MLB though)

I'm an Arts boi. After all can't get to that NP as quick without them (as least for most characters anyway, respect to Okita, Jack and any others who can get to their NPs with quick cards, I think my boi Kinrider falls into that category but not as well as the other two).

I'm mainly use Buster and Arts, but I always believe in having a bit of everything just to be safe, so I rolled and got her PHEW!!
Plus she's just damn cute, she'll go great with Saber Fran!

I got her in Valentines together with MHXA. (Night almost became a spook lol) So I definitely need that CE for "reasons"

Everyone forget something important. She's an Assassin, meaning that she doesn't get one shotted by your random Rider lucky crit and isn't a sad casualty of your average dragon AoE attacks. Unlike Merlin who needs Mash to babysit him when his invincibility is on CD.
And she's gorgeous as hell. She could have a Stheno tier NP and I'd still want to roll for her.

I got osakabihime and King Hassan and dont know who should i give golden gems, My assasins are Shuten-doji, Jack np3, Hassan of serenity (skill 2 max) and Stheno np3, i got Meltrilys to, maybe is osakabihime a good support for her.
Osakabehime is an underrated support due Skadi but she is a good Quick support.
She is adorable being a Neet.

I'mma pass on the Neet. Mostly because she can spoop me past her debut and she was close to Danzo (Of which I now have after 2 mutlis and 5 singles, which is almost all of my resources at the moment).
As for which playstyle I like... It depends on a case by case basis for me. Though I have been giving Quick a bit more leverage since I picked up Tristan from the freebe ticket. He's a lot of fun to use in those comps.

I will be getting her simply because I'm not gonna stop rolling till I can max limit break the Nightingale CE, and with the luck I've been have with event CEs lately I'm more than likely to get her 12 times before I even get a single copy of the Nightingale CE :(

Our lovely ghost NEET is part of the general gacha pool so she can show up whenever she fancies. So there's no hurry to waste all your SQ supplies for her (especially since you are bound to just get a bunch of Halloween CE's instead).

I'm an Arts player, though mostly because I have better luck rolling Arts servants. For example, in the CCC banners, I never got Melt even after 500+ quartz, but I managed to roll Kiara in a single ten shot.
I spent all my good luck on Momma Raikou, couldn't pull Osakabehime.

I couldn't get Miyamoto but i managed to get my Archer of Inferno. I'm satisfied as I really don't deserve her after wasting all my quartz while i was still mich noobier at the game, still a noob though.

Well, I've got an NP5 Jack and Melt, but I'm more focused on more copies of Wu, atm. I'll still welcome her with open arms and start raising her in prep for those buffs, but if she doesn't show, I don't think I'll be too worried about her.

It "is" an event banner. They tend to be filled to the brim with Event CE's which end up eating up your chances.

She's better as a solo than a support. Like... leagues better. She is unkillable and she has not NP spam potential... she can AND will NP spam. She only needs a def up ce, a healing cc, a poison/burn/curse removal cc and a defense cc and never again worry about diyng in a solo with her
