Honestly, the personality/drastic changes through ascension is what makes 2019 such a roll heavy year for servants due to how good this is. Ajurna Alter, Nobu Maou and even Kama. Theses drastic changes every ascension makes theses servants several cuts above the others. No wonder they made it to the highest grossing mobile game this year.
Her 1st ascension just feels more like OG Rin to me, ton of voice and looks. Then 2nd ascension comes in and I'm like "Yup, that's Ishtar."
1st one reminds me of her Extra version.

Dantes, Nobu and Ishtar is made specifically for doing the same thing just with different styles.
@@MuhammadKharismawan They are all AOE, but that doesn't mean they have the same purpose. Dantes was mostly built for CQs before Skadi came out and enabled him to actually spam his NP. Nobu is legit terrible as a farmer with her kit and deck and has a nonexistent niche in dealing more damage to Divines, which is legit awful for an AOE Avenger. And Space Ishtar is a general purpose DPS / farmer with a 50 % battery, who is held back in NP looping by rather meh generation stats. If you just compare them by their farming abilities, Salieri is a much better NP looper than she is, and also quite easy to NP5.

That's not the problem. The problem is Ishtar already got enough attention, and she already has her own summer version, while more people would rather get another alt for Eresh than a 3rd Ishtar. And Space Ishtar here ruins that opportunity for Eresh to get anymore attention as that silhouette was Ishtar all along.

aravenhart at this point she’s practically taken over more things than saber given the fact that almost since release she’s gotten a banner every year along getting an animation update an np strengthing 3 banners around the time of her debut she’s in the new anime and she just took over gil fest and she’s almost gotten more rate up banners than limited servants who’s been in the game since launch like bryn and mhx so it’s safe to say at this point everyone kinda gets tired of her

Honestly tho saber has taken over fgo since day 1 and people rarely comment on that. Also I find ishtar kinda nice since in babylonia she express that the only reason why she attacked kur is because she wanted eresh to take a break and enjoy her life as a normal girl too, her rider form dialogues is also very endearing as she promise so stick with us to travel the world. So yeah.

So, 1st ascention are brooding dark mercenary. 2nd ascention are (from what i see) cheerfull, confident amnesiac bounty hunter that hasn't realise her own potential power, yet she seem scared if that will happen. 3rd and 4th are said bounty hunter has tapped her true potential : powerfull goddess with cruel personality.
Have you guys noticed something in the np. In the first two set of the np, when the large Ishtar appears her eyes are closed at first, then only in the final form, the large Ishtar appears with both eyes open. Maybe in this story, she undergoes a revelation in her second form and with this revelation, her eyes are open to the truth, allowing for the third form.

Her np rate and star rate is low though so it is the case of 'Jack-of-all-trades but Master of none' and it is easy to shove her aside for much more specialized servant.

Update. 90 SQ in and I got her but no Jane. Unfortunately, I found out that I have to get her NP2 if I want her to farm well. So I’m going for NP2

@@Ty_Jac she is definitely broken lol. She's got a better imperial privilege that has an 80% chance to grant 20% atk buff on each card type. On top of that same skill, on it is a 50% battery. Her first skill is a 20% charisma, which acts as a double charimsa on everyone but herself. Her second skill gives invulnerability plus np damage up. That also lets you choose your np card type to make use if your big card type buff. She has three damage steroids that stack multiplicatively as well as a hard survivability option. She can also, because of her card type change, be ran in ANY COMP YOU WANNA PUT HER IN. She has no niche, because she can do whatever she wants.
@@Reddo5 You literally just said why she is rly versatile like i said. Being versatile doesn't make a servant broken. Just makes them good at a certain situation and can be used it varying comps for a specific purpose. None of what you said is "broken". First there is nothing in her kit similar to imp privilege, the card type is rng based which is always a con, not a pro even if it is 80% (and don't say use ozy or something cause thats not a good defense), the 50% np charge is great for farming and whatnot but not rly broken, also she only has one reliable 20% atk steroid buff other than the 2 np damage buffs and 20% rng card type bonus in which she gives the higher 30% to party members is kind of odd and should have honestly when the other way around or give her the extra 30% atk buff tho its a buff nonetheless so i'll take it. Outside of her np damage her atk is not rly great unless you follow up with extra atk after np and crit. If anything her kit makes her wildly unique and versatile and interesting enough to put in plenty of different team comps. Overall tho her kit is nowhere near broken. She is rly just an aoe avenger with great aoe damage with the choice of card type that can be useful in battles where specific card types are resisted or for buster or art brave chains.

So she's the ultimate all rounder that can work with any Support Caster since she can change what kind of NP she wishes to use. Maybe the least effective would be with Skadi since she can't Quick brave chain, but she could still make it work pretty well.
