She has a slightly different animation if you use her liberation at 4 stacks. Optimally, you'd never see this since she wants to use her stacks, then liberation, then use her stacks again. But I think you'd see it more if you use her in the overworld, where you might want to hold on to her stacks for longer since they provide just a passive buff to her attacks.
I wish we were rewarded for using her blindfold :(

You want to burn your E early in the rotation so you can effectively reduce the wait time for the next rotation.
So, basically: intro -> basic -> E -> basic -> E -> basic -> basic 5 -> heavy -> ult -> heavy -> outro. I think she's pretty simple, doing her full combo without getting interrupted or killed is gonna be the hard part, similar to Calcharo.
Changli is an good investment for the future fusion dps character
Don't even need to wait for a future character, I'm sure she'll pair well with Encore
@@missnejjen yeahh she can but the future limited 5* holds more potential changli can make encore damage High but there might not be many encore enjoyers but still changli mortefi and varina can pair greatly and will also easily clear the tower ( also scar fans must pull for her since he will be a fusion dps acc to the hypothesis)

edit: Turns out that and it makes sense that Changli is in fact based of the "vermilion bird" I for one had never heard of it until now (which is funny because I'm Chinese) but it makes sense as from what I've seen online vermilion bird is associated with Chinese mythology while the phonix is Egyptian/Persian.
It will be much closer to Phoenix if she heals during her forte charge attack

Btw if you didn’t know Changli’s burst animation changes a little when you don’t get rid of the stacks before the burst, so basically the blindfold that is on her at full stacks burns off and the rest is the same.
She's So Good, The Design, The Combo, The Sound, it's so Majestic, everythings perfect, the same feeling when Bianca Abysstigma Released In PGR. It's Been A While to have this feeling of wanting that character so badly and i need her now, but needed to wait a little bit more.

i think the free five star wespon is pretty good honestly if youre able to get a decent crit ratio from your echos….the signature weap is definitely a lot better. jhinsi does more dmg than changli for sure as well so its upto you to decide what you want…super strong jhinsi? or a decently powerful jhinsi and a changli as well….i think in these games chars are always better to pull than weapons because its new way to play the game

id say go for it. shes pretty versatile idk if i’d say quickswap but she wont take up too much field time if you dont want her too and her fusion dmg buff makes her worth it if u want to play her with encore

It was changed to crit dmg in the beta but what was really changed is the substat used to be crit rate at one point

So what happens if you miss 1? For example. I missed BA 3 (so 4 hits in total). Do I have to do BA 1-5 again? Or just hit one more time to make it as 5 hits?
Isn't exactly how it works but i think I get what ur afraid of.
U don't have to 'hit' 4x. U just need to get to basic 4. Dodge counter(3rd) into basic(4th). Now the only part I'm not sure of is whether u need to complete the 4th basic animation. Tho I'd bet we get access to true sight at start of 4th basic.
2nd potential combo, Ur plunge is followed by 3rd basic. So E(or 4th basic) > jump(1 stack) > plunge > 3rd basic> 4th > 5th( true sight attack : 2nd stack)
What if u dodge after 4th basic? Ur "dodge counter" will be ur true sight attack. Basically u don't have the Calcharo problem here.
My opinion, I doubt we'll ever rlly do her 1st and 2nd basic outside of solo challenges and outside of being absolutely forced to
@@arkabarma3286 yea not as bad as Calcharo but perhaps it's not my playstyle. I'll probably wait till her banner is almost finish to see leaks of Camlleeya. She uses a sword so I assume she attack fast too. Maybe I like her playstyle more.

@@agentroniff6782 in my opinion jinshi weapon is only broadblade with crit rate and it provides massive skill buff if in future we get broadblade character that are based on skill dmg it would be great whereas changli weapon main stat gives crit dmg which is not that good and the standard one is the best alternative for her weapon remember crit damage is a lot easier to get of u run main echo with crit dmg currently my jinshi is at Level 70 s0 with her signature weapon did 179k crit and at tower even more my ratio is 77 over 230 and I am using crit rate jue and still manage to get 230 crit dmg as the game provide 150 from start so u should prioritise crit rate as much as u can I too have standard broadblade for calcharo and I have tried it on jinshi the highest I got was 91k so I prefer jinhsi's weapon over changli and after all it's completely ur choice to whom u are maining and which one u like the most also changli is very versatile unit she can be used as sub dps main dps quick swap or as fusion buffer and according to my calculations with her signature weapon full dmg rotation is 116% and with the standard one it 100% her signature is only 16 percent better which doesn't make much changes and jinshi's signature is 58 percent better than standard one and remember jinshi is main dps and she perform best with her weapon so try to get it and later get changli and give her standard 5 star sword that almost rivals her signature being f2p

I think the empowered basic attacks count as resonance skill dmg to, so basic atk% is not that helpful.

I'm either whaling or skipping her unfortunately. Just waiting for leaks to see who are the next characters. If it's actually what the leaks says then I'll probably end up skipping Changli (unless they end up being Fusion which I doubt tbh don't think they'd release another Fusion in 1.2, for some reason I think one of them is Glacio). Waiting for more solid leaks first tho which we should get before Changli banner is gone. I'll give her 30 pulls, take it or leave it Changli! Hopefully I'm able to whale when she's out so I won't have to worry about skipping but for now its not looking good for me. So far I've got everyone with just the F2P currency but ye I'm too stoopid and also pulled for all the weapons so yea... I'm definitely at a bad spot rn unless I whale. Nah her entire kit is locked on weapon and copies. Her base form is at encores level in terms of dmg. Changli is a pre fan service haha

i see 3 possible teams for Changli. 1. Changli main dps, Mortefi sub dps, Jianxin supp 2.Changli,Taoqi,Verina 3.Changli,Chixia,Baizhi/Verina
Possible quick swap with Encore too but how effective it will be is in question. Her whole rotation is Forte, Lib ressonance, Forte but it takes time to build up first forte. She definetly need 43311 echo where atleast one 3star echo will be for ER since her ult takes realy long to charge too( also she has a lot of fusion dmg from her own buffs).
Also depends on characters for 1.2 , i heard that there might be new heal supp so who knows.

She takes time to gather her forte stacks so i think she is good if shes paired with a nuker like jinshi and i think her 3 cost echo need energy regen better than fusion damage so she can abuse that forte>liberation>forte combo. Idk, need to try it tho.
Don't know how ppl are able to obtain so many astrite to pull for chacarters. I got jiyan at 76 pity and only managed to gained another 79 pulls playing every day :/

Well, if you are completely free to play and have average luck, you won't get every character in the game. That's just how gacha games work. You either safe for specific characters you really like and skip a couple of other banners, or you pull out your wallet to get every one of them.
Clearing all content gives a bit extra asterites.

From my experience, i won my. 50/50 on jinhsi, and i was firstly sad bc i wanted changli, but jinhsi deals crazy dmg with low investment. Changli needs her weapon to deal dmg, as u see in her trial. She doesnt deal high dmg but its ig if u build her well enough. Depends on ur characters too, if u have yinlin, its like not necessary to pull for changli. I would love to get her because of her animations, but i dont think she will deal high dmg as a f2p. The main thing is pull for whoever u like!!
