I thought this was a spam bot comment at first glance. I have a bit of difficulty trying to place avatars for my content, most of the other creators in my niche are either wildly successful and in that "I can post whatever I want and it will work" stage, or in the floundering terribly stage, making it really difficult to learn from them.
Absolute creator savage. The amount of different camera angles, drone shots, parallel story lines, editing. So much work went into this. Much appreciated.
….no lack of effort, but I see it differently: I stopped watching after a couple of minutes exactly because any perspective is too short to take it in, a million impressions distracting from the actual massage - sensory overload - more like a neuropsychological test as to in how short a time you can read something….terrible to me….I want to watch in a leisurely pace and take all in without getting a headache…..
I definitely know what you’re saying. Too fast cuts instantly makes it hard to get emotionally invested in a shot/scene/narrative. I’m working on slowing things down a bit on my channel. Especially because my audience is a bit older 40+. (Not teens/20s) @@jochenradke1430

@@LinLinLavender Ed says "every second counts". I removed ALL footage that didn't have reason to be there. It reduced an 8 min video down to 5, or a 5 min video down to 2. No intros, and my outro now is the shortest possible. Good luck!
I've absolutely loved the production value, extra shots and little storylines that go into your videos. Have you already made a video about how you achieve that (i.e. come up with those ideas, etc)? I'd love to know how so I can make my videos better. Thanks and have a good day!

Ed, this might be my favourite video of yours!! Thank you so much. I've been really struggling with my views lately and really want that to change... You really took us with you outside and it was brilliant. Every video you do is a story... Like a movie sometimes. It takes a lot of scripting, editing, re-editing, adding of effects, and I bet there is so much that you filmed that we didn't even get to see because you wanted to trim the fat. Most helpful channel I've found on the topic of TH-cam and videos...I had absolutely no video shooting or editing experience whatsoever before starting my channel, it's been a huge learning curve and I have depended on channels like your for help. Your tips are a goldmine! But what about us "intangible" content creators? How do we turn "learning Spanish" into a visually appealing thumbnail? Particularly when using a natural method (so the focus is not on the books). It's like trying to capture the feeling of fluency in a single image! Well it should be what will help you hit your goals. So goal first, then the avatar that will help you achieve that goal
@@FilmBooth thank you. That makes sense x
I love this channel! You really know how to keep a viewer engaged and click on more!
This channel is remarkable. Buddy talked about dedicated coffee, filmed in the middle of Neanderthal land and even revealed doggo at the end. 11/10
I have two major questions for you.
1. Does the uploader commenting and heart comments affect stats?
2. How do some of these tips apply to gaming focus channels?
HOLY CRAP! I added Derik's 'these are the asteroids to worry about' to my video ideas list some weeks ago, I just loved the tile and thumbnail and topic(from a yt pov).
no way!!! nice!
Great, Great, Great video! I've learned so much in 9 minutes! The idea process illustrated here is simple but actually blew my mind
Beyond the content, this video has so much dynamism! All the different camera angles, the background story with the bear, the movements, the fake thumbnails, the sounds.. wow! Great content, but oh boy was that a visual masterpiece! =D
Finally some good practical piece of advice! I love this channel ♥️
Cheii 2 weeks felt like a year without a video from you, missed you
Another great video packed with helpful, actionable information! Thanks for putting so much effort into these videos!
Fantastic video and have watched three times to make sure I noted everything down. Can't wait to see the effect that this will have. Hello research here I come 😀🐻 Big thanks Ed
We humans love a good story. Excited to look at your other videos for more on building avatars and figuring out our specific niche audience! Cheers and thanks!
I love the effort in these videos! I need to use this strategy.
My logical brain was telling me that the bear side story was just for entertainment but after having a bear nightmare last night, it kept giving me a spike in anxiety. Educational AND thrilling! Loved it!
Whenever I watch your videos, I get great brainstorms and inspiration. Truly you are an exceptional creator. Thanks!
God bless you!
Ed, this was great as usual...yay MORE work for me😏😂😂😂
...so I guess I'm gardening today! That's as close as I get to being out in nature.
And totally unrelated, the ad after your video for James Allen engagement rings was flippen hilarious!😂😂😂
What brilliance looks like! This may be the most informative video I’ve seen on creating content. Well done 👍🏼
Thank you 😊
I love the way you digest ideas on how to improve yourself to get discovered on the platform. And your video editing is epic(sounds effect and so on) . Thank you!

I’ve been using your tips for the past few months as I make my TH-cam journey. I plan to still watch your video even once I’ve made it big on TH-cam because your videos are just so entertaining to watch. I always end up just smiling the whole time even when it’s things I’ve already learned.
haha thanks :) glad you find them entertaining
I have to do all of this. I do believe my channel isn't growing like it should, but i know I still have lots to learn
