Today marks the start of an exciting challenge-recording one video a day for the next thousand days. Join me as I document my journey to grow my dental practice from $2 million to $10 million in annual production. I'll share the highs and lows, strategies, and lessons learned along the way.
In this video, I introduce myself and my goals, including increasing our patient count and enhancing team culture. As an introvert, I’m also working on getting comfortable speaking on camera.

1:49 amazing to see this man! I saw day 5 on my suggested videos and checked it out now I’m here. My mom works at an office with a doctor in agoura, ca, cool to see this side of things. I myself have also written stuff down and crazily enough have been able to achieve them, even though the past year and a half has been the toughest phase of my life, of course I’m not at a position like yours wheee I have my own practice/business but I have goals like that too and once the path seemed so dark but this past year and a half though the hardest, I’ve also progressed the most and been able to change a lot, blessings man! I have a marketing guy doing my Google Ads, I have Yelp Ads running, I have an Emergency Google Ads running. This is enough to keep me busy at the moment. In the future maybe you can help me get more leads. Have you worked with dentists?
