Someone asked me about the details of my practice. I accidentally deleted the question:
My office has 4 ops, 2 part time hygiene, I am FT doc, two PT associates, I do almost everything in terms of clinical procedures, we are a family dental office. Mostly bread and butter, that is what I focus on.
I do love surgical procedures so I do 3rds and I plan to focus more in implant dentistry.
