Please make another one if possible. My questions is how to chooses bench test classes and the which school/specialty for preceptorship, is there any tips of choosing it? Is doing a dental assistant volunteering equally helpful to preceptorships. Is a recommendation letter from dental practice equally helpful to letters from faculty member? Thank you.

I think that is kind of difficult. I am not sure if I know the path into OS residency as a foreign trained dentist.
