He waits until you forget where the money came from and then uses it like it came from his bank account. Don't be foolish.
My only question is how many homeless people live in that City 1,500 to move some sand sounds like the city can get a whole bunch of people together and shovel it their damn self for free and use that money to put several homeless people in stable residence I hate it here

Build the jetties and you won't have to dredge anymore and it would make it one of the best fishing spots in FL. That would be a win.
