100 house where I live is between 1.1 to 1.35 mil gross income and that’s for a regular 1500 square foot home. Expensive in WA.

You should try doing some property tour videos! In my group at exp we have a new agent who did our training and then just did house tours and sold 87 homes his first year. So a free way to add maybe?

Props if you have the energy to make calls while getting no sleep at night. Had my baby during the pandemic. Take advantage of the days while baby can’t walk cause once they walk it’s 10x harder to real estate. Good luck to you in 2022!

I do have question if I may. You said last year you called 2 hours a day, right? Well, I currently have a full time 8-5 job but I got my real estate license and want to grind out 3-4 hours after work everyday, and then 4-6 hours on weekends, cold calling. I have no experience like you when you started. I just have drive, ability to communicate and willing to fail and learn and be consistent. My question is, if I am only available on weekends and after 5 pm on weekdays, will I even have time to start building my clientele? Would it just be juggling scheduling listings and showings over weekends at the right times or finding people willing to meet in the evening? What do you think? Thank you so much!

I have a question about your channel. You said you were going to start focusing on client content instead of “agent training” videos. Will you keep them on one channel or two? One for agents and the other for clients?
