@@arana2x978 tbh my problem was not paying attention in class 🤦🏻♀️😭😭. So after months of already have taken the RE classes, I bought a crash course. I barley studied & then I went to take the exam. It took me 6 times 🤦🏻♀️!! So this last time before the test I studied the sections I scored low in, I watched a bunch of Joes videos, I made about 40 flash cards & memorized them. & then I finally passed. If I was you I’d invest in a crash course, on the sections you don’t understand make vocab cards, and watch videos! Hopefully this helps

My gf passed last week first try from straight up study from the school we did 60 hrs for and 2 weeks of PrepAgent, all in 4 months. I passed on the second try doing almost the same just a lil less studying (I got a ps5 for Christmas) 😂
I finally passed my national exam in Hawaii. Still have to pass my state test, the laws in my state are trickier than national Realty laws! But I'm blessed to finally make it halfway & hopefully I'll pass both next time because it's taken me 3 years to pass 1 test, sadly, so I am very proud of myself for finally making some progress. I took my real estate exam today and failed. I believe I didn’t have enough study time. Is there anything someone can recommend me to do ? I feel so horrible inside.
Does anyone know if the course certifications ever expire in California? I completed all my courses a couple years ago and never applied for the state exam, am I able to take the state exam or would I have to complete the courses again?
I did the same thing, I believe you have 2 years after you finish courses to take the exam. So unfortunately you have to retake them, I’m currently retaking my courses

I have eat, sleep and wake up to just study 😆. I haven’t passed the National part of the exam. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong. I watch all your videos and also purchased the PSI study exams. I am so aggravated, just because the state of Illinois only lets you take it 4 times before I need to start everything all over.
I keep scoring in the 90% range when I generate a 100 question vocabulary test on Prep Agent. However, when I take the master exam, I score below 75%. Any advice? I take my exam Thursday and I'm getting a little nervous

@@vilheard3030 non stop technically, some days I take a break but, I try to consume information daily. When I took the the test i was informed on my weaknesses and strengths. Now I focus only weaknesses to try and get better at that. Sometimes I listen to webinars, take notes, do practice tests. My best advice is don't rely solely on one resource because the test questions will be different but the subjects will be the same. I learned a lot from prep agent. But, I recently discovered the psi practice questions which will also be helpful because those people actually construct the test in Virginia.
@@thomasg2072 how well did you do on the psi practice questions?That's pretty smart of you to focus on your weaknesses. I'm a terrible test taker, always been,and I suck in math and a lot of other things lol. I'm thinking about getting prep agent,then again I might dive deeper into the investing side for awhile. I'm pretty sure most people who take the test and fail are more knowledgeable than I am.I wish you the best of luck,and I have a feeling you'll pass on your 3rd attempt. I appreciate your response.

The definitions are not in simple terms, straight out of a textbook. It needs better explanations and breaking it down.
