One of the most incisive analysis ever explained of why fat shots occur (sternum moving behind ball) and how to fix them (moving sternum ahead of ball) . Thank you,

Excellent video Harry on how to compress the iron shots better! I have been working on your suggestions very hard and #3 is where I'm having the biggest challenge. I am not using the "ground force" properly and not getting enough rotation in the lead hip. I will pay closer attention to the suggestion that you offered up to correct this. Well Done Harry!

Thanks as always John, really appreciate the comments, yes use the suggestions i've mentioned to help with these faults and keep me posted with how you get on from using this!

I am totally like your first example with my sternum way behind and left shoulder super high.

Thanks for commenting, definitely give this drill I used to fix the first example a try, it’ll definitely help you!

I like your videos Harry but your understanding of Newton’s third law could lead to a misunderstanding. NL3 applies every time a force is applied: When a force is applied, you get a force back which is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the applied force. There are two different forces and two different objects - the golfer and the ground. The object does not have to be stationary and the golfer’s body is certainly not stationary. This should not be confused with an object which is in constant motion (stationary or moving) where the forces are balanced on one object. Looking forward to the next video.

Hi thanks for commenting. Very interesting to read your definition/ the definition of newton’s third law of motion. Pleased you enjoyed watching the video… more to come every Tuesday and Friday!

Hi Harry , So does your L to L release video not apply here ? Given the club face is so shut due to bowing it’s more of a body turn .

Yes with the wrists bowing more encouraging more body turn i would recommend, but if you don't need to se the wrists this way, possibly the L to L would work better for you. It's worth trying both and seeing which one suits you?

@@harryshawgolf i’ve been experimenting starting with forward shaft at set up and I can hit it pure vs trying to bow at the top of the swing . I find during the down swing the degree of bowing requires too much effort and puts tension on my wrist and forearms to maintain the bowing and the right degree of bowing.

@blueeyes6192 that's an interesting concept, it's good you're figuring out a way that works for you, keep me posted!

Amazing video… would this work with a pull shot? I have a constant 10 yard dead pull and can’t seem to resolve it 🥹

Yes possibly depending on your grip and release pattern. Give these tips a try.. it’ll only improve your balls striking!
