What I like about Kevin's instruction is the lack of focus on the various positions of the hands, arms, shoulders, hips, etc. It's a much more natural and intuitive way of thinking about the swing. Well done!
Hi Kevin, 1st day on the course yesterday after watching ur lesson and not playing for the past 50 days = 3 birdies 38 39 77...I thank you so much bro ❤...can't wait to play next round
The L to L concept has been around for a long time. Lots of hand speed/club head speed with this technique coordinated with lower body can produce some impressive results
Love your instructions, I'm 61yrs old and of course I don't have the flexibility as I use to and to try and get the distance with the t Typical golf swing turn I can't do any suggestions thanks
Hi Kevin. Just came across your YT channel and love how you explained your lesson which is short and simple and straight to the point. But with this particular drill, my grip tends to fall off a lot and I was wondering what kind of pressure you would have on the grip let's say between 1 and 10. Thanks and I just subscribed!😊
Thanks! Will try the wrist suppination addition. I do the L-to-L swing on Short flighted down wedges, but adding the wrist movement on my longer swings should make a good difference to my mid-to-long irons.
This actually fixed my loss of posture and toe shots! Struggle now is to ramp the speed up while staying relaxed. The more I try to increase speed the less I get😮
I remember I watched one your videos which specifically gives drills how to separate lower body from upper body. Wonder if you send me the link. Thanks.
I can get that type of release to work for awhile but then turns into a flip which feels like the left hand breaks down and goes into extension I think is the term and I hit it fat or top it. would you say my grip is too strong or...?
Can you explain the difference between the supination you're talking about and flipping because it looks exactly the same. I thought we were never supposed to flip!
Hi I did. But the light and casual swing will cause a weak club face upon ball impact. That motion will cause club face inconsistency. And poor ball contact lead to weak shot. Any advice ?
How do the legs work with this? Do you add any additional right leg (for right handed golfers) drive or do you just use the L to L motion with left hand supination and the legs follow?
I got all this but my club turns over by by right hip, too early and the shaft is leaning back when I hit it instead of forward leaning. How do I fix this?
Great video Kevin. Thanks. I have been wondering about the supination move as when i do it i sometimes overcook my draw. Just timing i guess. I find i really need to do this with my fairways or else i hit a push. Less of an issue with driver but still open at impact.
If you over cook it to the left mostly likely you’re not doing it a 100% the correct way. Most likely there is a missing piece in your release then yourself over doing the correct movement but I would have to take a look to be certain 👍🏼
When is the supination? Before and after impact? You should explain the timing of the supination. I imagine many of the viewers will be doing it too early and hooking left?
I am sorry but I cannot see the difference in swing between with and without supination.. I thought both have supination, because otherwise how could you rotate the club to finish the swing?
I've tried this year's ago and it's kind of hard to hit good shots this way because of the timing issue. You're flipping the club and it's hard to flip it at the right time based on the shot you want to hit tobhitmmm
Truly. Golf lessons should always only be about fundamentals, never complex mismatching of causes and effects and fixing the problems that arise from them. Instead, come back to the foundation, and you'll have a good time working your creating consistency.
Some its good but the hands turn over like that, its demands a lot of timing! And its not really matter but if you are an expert! You shoul no the right different betwen yards and meter! 177 meter is 193.5 yards! What club you have there? No doubt about your swing speed! Its definitely impresly with little effort!

Very helpful, will try the trail arm bottom 3 fingers grip and the suppination piece! Thanks
Took this to the course yesterday with no practice and had the best game this year! Thank you so much, you have a new subscriber.
That’s great news glad I could help out 👍🏼
I've watched a stupid amount of golf videos this is the best I've seen it described 👍
Thank you for the kinds words 🙏🏼
sounds like me, too many. ask my wife...pleez.
The best golf instructors use this approach. Kevin puts his personal stamp on it which I like.
Hi Kevin, 1st day on the course yesterday after watching ur lesson and not playing for the past 50 days = 3 birdies 38 39 77...I thank you so much bro ❤...can't wait to play next round
This type swing is very effective, thank you for my favorite pro !!
The L to L concept has been around for a long time. Lots of hand speed/club head speed with this technique coordinated with lower body can produce some impressive results
Kevin your golf videos are right on!! SO GOOD!! Anyone thinking of picking up this game should start watching your videos!! Keep em coming!! 😍👏👏👏👏
Great tip Kevin, took it to the course and had the best round ever👍
Wow! glad I found you...Such clear simple instructions can't wait to try it. Thanks!
Thanks, that confirms what I am training at the moment!
Second time I’ve watched this - excellent
Wow that's effortless power
So easy, and great information😉
Love the speed this produces. Is there a specific point when you supinate the lead arm and wrist or does the momentum of club head turn arm down?
Excellent advice as usual
Well presented; thank you for sharing.
Great effortless swing tips
Thanks - will try
Kevin how do you allow this action keeping f face control thru impact and not getting that dreaded snipe hook
Thank you
Great tip !!
Love your instructions, I'm 61yrs old and of course I don't have the flexibility as I use to and to try and get the distance with the t Typical golf swing turn I can't do any suggestions thanks
Very well put. Will try this out tomorrow. Could you also share similar videos For driver and woods?
Love it! Thank you
Going to try this. Just found your channel.

How do you make this release consistent? Timing seems very critical
You’re teaching all the right things people are not getting. It’s big you said you have to point the thumbs down to be able to supinate.
Absolute top trainer thank you
Awesome bro, great content
How do you stop going too far left with overuse of the hands? Still need to clear hips etc
Bravo
This is a great channel.
This channel should be called "in this manner right here"
😂
Do you use the wrist supination in your normal swing ?
Thanks for the video! I love the feeling of this move. My miss is not to the right but to the left. Any suggestions?

How do you fix the over draw

thank you Pro, let me try and feedback 👍
Hi Kevin, can I check how come I will struggle with the L to L motion? Hmm
Do you do in person lessons?
@@trevorpelletier8156 yes in Seoul, South Korea!
Does it work with driver?

🤨👀🤔💯DUDE THAT WAS NICE....
Are you from San Diego?
What if you don’t have a roll release?
🎯

That's gonna take trial and error by you to see what works. We all move differently.
I am sorry but I cannot see the difference in swing between with and without supination.. I thought both have supination, because otherwise how could you rotate the club to finish the swing?
👍👍👍

It's got to be better than my current swing
Thanks Kevin, when I try this left forearm rotation, I tend to hill strike and low hook a lot, can you talk a little bit on that
I will try to make a video on that in the near future had a lot of similar questions pop up 👍🏼
its funny how everyone talks so much about the golf swing but very rarely to they discuss this so clearly
Hel'la of a comment".... 😊 smart 👌 man.!!

„This matter right here“ could become a drinking meme at this point. 😁 good video, tho. Nice informations.
What about using a driver?
Fred Couples has this
Similar to Ben Hogan teaching
In this manner right here?
Are you a PGA or LIV player yet?
This swing I feel uncontrolled.. good for long distance not for under 100 yard
I think there’s a lot of Ben Hogan in this method.

Effortless!
Kevin I am going to sign up for online lessons because I just can't get it.
