Hi Jason thank you for your realness on your journey ppl dont understand you have to be real with your situation and do what works for you that gives results. At the end of the day motivation, daily videos you give this platform is much appreciated. Ppl can either take the advice or not. Tweek the information to what fits you and appreciate the work Jason gives as a human for honestly on a health journey that isnt easy. This helps those like myself who have binge issues but I keep going and key point I feel Jason gives me is don't give up and keep going. Consistency is key u mess up today start again the next day!!
🗣🗣🗣🗣You better not be apologetic about the fasting system that works for you Jeromey Rome!! To start off my refeed my hack includes pistachios, cheese, ratio yogurt and strawberries. But I will also add foods or snacks that arent as clean. Fasting allows me to be intentional about how I eat but to also eat/treat myself without restriction. And every time, I lose weight. And I refuse to adjust it according to public opinion. They can cry about it☺😊🤣🤣
I like your fasting system I believe it will work for me too and I think it’s awesome not being stuck eating a burger patty all the time for the rest of your life that sucks
Sardines men and cod oil, will make your journey better , lots of tomatoes and lettuce ,I pack 1 Kg of food mostly protein , abundant lettuce , three tomatoes , pecans and nuts all unsalted with low calorie dressing and salsa ( homemade) ( you look great!) guess for us its like alcoholic anonymous its an eating disorder.
I eat the same way.. lots of healthy foods at home. Lately iv been drinking Nancy’s Organic Keifer by the quart.. Yum! Then I eat out with friends in restaurants, whatever I want! Yum again! Haha! 🤗 Eat big, fast long! 😊
Yes it depends on what you eat but no mater what you eat you will gain back about 5 lbs 1st day ..except if it's very restricted calories like vegetable soup no fat or added salt ..but if you eat like diet you can bring it back down and continue to loose ..I do water fasting It is a great reset for your stomach, brain , and it helps to get rid of deep fat stores ..especially if you are obsess like me ..hope this helps ❤

A lot of people do not have access to foods like this. Protein powders etc. are a luxury. Do the best with what you have and enjoy.

How long are your fasts usually?
@@elenastepanova6814 I was doing rolling 60+ initially. Now I do 2 40+ fasts and 1 60+ fast weekly since I'm just maintaining weight.

I eat about that many calories too.. I am doing ADF (40/8) and staying at ideal weight.. but everyone is different. 🤗
not sure if putting protein powder in a ziplock bag is good if you are in your car incase you get stopped hahaha
