"What can I do to change my mood that doesn't involve alcohol?" That really gets to the heart of the matter, I want to feel that loopy sensation, get outside my mind, feel uninhibited, like I've unlocked a missing piece, but we can't afford to ruin our livers or be late for work the next day or be sitting at every bar drinking to the point of inebriated, spitting up liquids all over the bar, but you don't care because you just want to feel "outside your mind"
I really love the way you describe the herbs: how they work, and what to look out for. Extremely helpful. I’ve just rejoined a 10 week Ayurvedic course. I first took It 10 years ago and this is 10 years worth of new/old ideas. Put out by Jai Dev. Your teachings and your personality are valuable. And fun.
Thanks Jeanne! I appreciate your being here, and so thoughtfully engaging with all we're doing. A 10 week Ayurvedic course sounds like a very good time. :D
I know this video is old but I am so glad I found it. Your energy is so soothing and friendly, plus you are gorgeous. The information you have provided was awesome and much needed. I am just hearing about Apothekary and placed my first order today. I'm so excited to try the products. Peace and blessings.
I had no idea they had these alternatives for alcohol. I have been looking for an alternative, but now I need to figure out what would be best for pcos.
Your video was so helpful, thank u! As u eluded, I have def been a dabbler of herbs for years but basically in teas some home herb gardens but more recently in gummies (ashwaganda or melatonin) which I’m tired of due to their added sugars. I just ordered some Apothekary products based on an Instagram ad. Brave I know but I was so glad to find ur honest & promising review on one of them, stop ur wining. The other one coming is take the edge off drops, I think. Might u know anything about that? I’m looking for calming, anxiety reducing and sometimes more focusing effects but don’t want my health effected in other negative ways by taking anything prescribed. Anyway, thank you again and I will be following u for tips & reviews..
I thank you for your review so very much!!!! I am under a lot of stress!!! Depression ANXIETY big time. I am purchasing all three of them!!!! I need help big time. I am also subscribing 😊your channel
I loved this video. I have really been trying to get into this space lately for my own mental health/anxiety issues, and also because my mom suffers intensely from fibromyalgia, and I feel like her doctors just give pain meds which do NOT Fix anything, and I'd like to help her try something more holistic to make her feel better. She has intense pain, depression from it, brain fog, extreme inflammation at all times, which is terrible for her body, etc...what would you recommend for somebody like that? Inflammation, depression, pain, brain fog, and anxiety.
Oh my, well, firstly I'm so glad this resonated with you and that you're exploring additional supportive options for mom. You've listed some heavy hitters (inflammation, depression, pain, brain fog, and anxiety) - the best bet would be to find someone who's naturally and holistically minded like yourself to help coach her through the process. Almost certainly it will start with nutrition, which is the BEST way at inflammation. Lowered inflammation can mean less depression and anxiety and will probably help brain fog too. Less inflammation also means less pain, often. From there, herbs and supplements can help continue the course of rebalancing, treating, supporting. Short answer: It's complicated but focusing on reducing inflammation is always a good idea!
Will I feel a difference when taking these products? Do you think the "blue me away" one would be good for mornings, if I'm trying to cut back on coffee (think coffee makes me more anxious)
Is melatonin and ashwaganda completely natural or herbal? I had never experienced people taking melatonin to induce sleep until joining the Army, now I notice some people take melatonin pills or gummies every night before bed

Are the ingredients organic ?
They do a great job with ingredients! Sourcing varies per blend but you can find all of the details on their site.
Please reply if I get all three of them how and when should I take these three????
