I bought a basic trim XL a little over a month ago. Just figured I’d slowly put money into it to customize it the way I want instead of buying a higher trim. Just hit 1k miles yesterday and already put on a bug deflector, fender flares, tonneau cover, bedrug, tailgate assist, tailgate letters, door sill covers, wireless CarPlay, storage cubby, and a shortened antenna..I also have window rain deflectors to put on but I’m waiting til I get my tint done. I still plan to paint or replace the steelies, put some 245/65or70/17 ATs on, and eventually down the road get a 2” lift. At that point i think I’ll be fully happy with it lol

The wheels work just fine without trimming the pinch welds! It just rubs lightly at full lock. That would be a personal preference if it’s something that bugs you. My apologies for not mentioning it
Funny Story- Ive been lusting after a Mav for 2years but they are always sold out by the time I get there. So, I was cruising my local dealers site hoping maybe he may have a used one and found to my surprise he had one inbound> 2024 TREMOR XLT I called and found this truck was not yet spoken for so I put a deposit on it and it will be mine when it arrives in a couple days. The 2024 Mav order book is long closed so it appears that dealers can still order trucks for their inventory. Who Knew? !
I just picked up a 2024 Lariat fx4 with 4K towing package in cactus grey for $200 less than MSRP with no extra dealer add on fees at down town LA Ford. I was shocked that I could get a new vehicle in $$$ SoCal with no stealership fees when used ones are essentially the same price as new ones!
It's half the price of an equivalent F150 with double the gas mileage. Yeah, you're gonna pay a premium for the luxury features, but that's the nature of the game. Want heated seats and heated steering wheel and adaptive cruise, it's gonna cost a bit more.
$23k gets you a 2wd with cheap interior, minimal driver aids, 2,000 pound towing, higher gear ratios and mediocre stereo. For me, the lower gearing to add bigger tires was a must. So was the Bang and Olafson stereo, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring. I was happy to pay the extra to have a 4x4 with bigger tires, extra ground clearance and creature comforts.
Yeah, this is great... look forward to lifting my new Terrain FX4-4K Tow pkg that I got last week. BTW - anybody able to tell me if engine growl-whir-whine is normal in the lower gears? Really distracting and sounds cheap. Surprised me. I'm thinking something not right - or maybe it will break-in? Thanks.
Should talk about the problems os lifting specially axle problem just search utube. I only did the rc 1 " leveling and only change to 235 65 r17 in the lariat fx4. I am afraid of what would happen, do i have to take out?

You forgot to mention your modifications void every warranty that's included with a 2024 Ford Maverick! I want a Maverick but always do the upgrades after the warranty expires!
My bulbs 💡 didn't stop working but the inside arrow that blinks real fast but the bulb itself blinks normal, Just a little annoying when you hear the indicator arrow inside blinking a 100 mile an hour But I'll deal with it I rather have the bulbs than to go back to the regular ones

4 50K you can almost buy 2 of them In the XL. My 23 lariat cost me 38 fx4 and sunroof only. luxury package not for me, never used those options before don't need them now. Luxury package was a 3k option now it standard.
In the US the Ranger Lariat costs $47,630 and the Maverick $34,855. In Canada the Ranger Lariat is $56,515 the Maverick Lariat is $45,695. Guess you don't know your prices.

Sorry but this just seems ricey, all cheap, crappy parts just for aesthetics. Please focus more on actually making the truck perform better, and less on how it looks
@@PerformanceOnWheels Spend money on a lift that will actually improve the vehicle's off-road handling, comfort, and capabilities; not the cheapest shit lift you can find. You could easily afford this by not spending money on fake carbon fiber, lights, and all that other stuff. I would also never trust those Chinese tires for offroading in your "overlander." Also, you do realize those old Cherokees people take up "devil's ballsack" are also unibody? So, I have no idea what you meant by that.

I had to fully trim my pinch wields it was ripping the tread off the tires
DRL's on the Lariat are so sexy. Wish they had this color on 2022's when I got mine.
Yeah they are, they look very aggressive in the rearview as well. Terrain is pretty cool!

Did you get the taillight recall and have the Lasfit bulbs stop working? I removed mine as they don’t work anymore.

I tell you what, those lariat seats are way more comfortable than the base line seats

I removed my hood struts because the hood only goes up so far several inches less than it. should

The Mav costs more than ranger lariats in Canada. I wish I could afford the maverick but not for 50k+
