    Beautiful gentle self pacing kriya. Thank you for your clarity and presence. I suggest varying your instructions to include statements like ‘allow yourself to...’ and invite your awareness of the repetitive use of ‘Go ahead’.

    What is a good way of eating that goes in line with yoga & intuitive eating?

    • @DantheHP
      @DantheHP 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Eat once a day at the end of the day. Look into this diet. It complements yoga perfectly.

    • @mustangally1
      @mustangally1 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hm. That goes against what most people say about either many small meals throughout the day, or 3 meals a day, with the largest meal being lunch. Can you share where or why you would suggest once a day at the end of the day? Thanks. Sat nam.

      100% vegan diet 💗💗👍🏼

      @catherineshaw1122 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, intuitive eating involves your own intuition, lol. The more you do yoga and meditation, the more you will have clarity on what your body needs and when. Don't attach to diets and dogmas. Food is life.

    • @catherineshaw1122
      @catherineshaw1122 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mustangally1 that's an unfortunate trend in the fad diet world. It's actually not healthy long term for many people. Eat intuitively, when you need and what calls to you.
