    Thank you so much! I love the idea of making a list of safe activities like cozy activities. You can do also impulsive activities to calm yourself down- just as a go to during that time. That’s very usable strategy.

    I think I've experienced this since puberty. But I'm hitting menopause now, so don't think I'll get diagnosed.
