When I was a teenager we had an owl that would sit in the fig tree beside our garage at night & hunt.. I'd always talk to him or her.. my family would laugh & say he's not going to answer back... I know but we had special moments when he'd look at me & I knew that he knew he didn't have to be afraid & he never flew off when I talked to him or got close sometimes. It's like he enjoyed my presents as much as I did his. I've loved owls my entire life. They are so majestic & beautiful!

Guys being a good owner has absolutely nothing to do with it. A bird wanting to fly away is pure instinct. I'm guessing none of you ever had a pet that got out of the house and ran off by these silly comments lolololol.

Aw, I.love the fluff the wings out, head down happy feelings they act out when there's a breeze or gentle water showering on them. Such a beautiful owl, I like vids of your feathered baby. Our cockatiel always did those happy spread the wings poses and she looked like a yellow angel. 💛 Birds are such a gift in life, and they're so beautiful. So amazing how they bond with us and have their own personality and silliness with us. Such a blessing they are.
