Seriously Erica, I can’t tell you enough, you’re KILLING it with your videos! Love them so much! Have a great weekend with your grandmother and family! Going to NY this weekend, can’t wait! Missed that city so much! ❤️
It honestly means the most to see you here week after week, Nadia! I know I'm slow to respond to comments, but seeing yours pop up every week always gives me a HUGE boost xx
I just LOVE this video. I loved the format and as someone who really does not know how to cook, this was not intimidating at all. I think my questions come from a lack of experience...so just keep on making these!
I don't have a specific question, but I LOVE THIS IDEA. Please do a series about this. You might be able to peruse Pinterest for ideas on what people normally try to meal prep that don't hold up well ;)
I am curious about how you cut the yellow pepper. I have always cut them in half length-wise, then taken the core and seeds out (a bit of a pain) and then sliced it and diced it. Your method looks a lot easier. How exactly do you do it? Thanks!
hi!! i am new here i also meal prep! What are your thoughts about meal prepping fish or seafood in general? I love seafood and ive been wanting to incorporate it more on my meals but ive heard negative reviews on it?
That quinoa salad looks so delicious! Do you ever prepare vegetables at the beginning of the week to cook later in the week? (Ex: peeling carrots and potatoes, chopping broccoli)
Whoa!!! This all looks amazing!! I could eat that every day!!! :):):)I know you said that the quinoa salad can hold up for 4 days or more. Is it the same for the chicken and slaw? Thank you for sharing :):)
My Frittata goes soggy… Alison Roman says it gets better with time but mine just develops one or two spots that have ‘sweat’ and therefore sogged… just me?
How long can prepped meals last in the fridge? A week? Longer? How to reheat without losing flavor, texture (not tough) and still tastes, and is, still fresh.
I love storing a few Trader Joe's frozen meals for those days when I've run out of meal preps and don't have time to cook or buy a meal. To expand on this video idea, do you have ideas for meal preps that freeze well? I love to scour Budget Bytes for ideas already, but what would your take on this be?

How would they heat up this meal? Is it just a preference on if they want to eat the chicken cold with the slaw?

My Frittata goes soggy… Alison Roman says it gets better with time but mine just develops one or two spots that have ‘sweat’ and therefore sogged… just me?
aghhh! It happens. One major reason things sweat is if they're put in the fridge before they're fully cooled, so maybe let it cool a bit longer ? xx

Generally between 3-5 days! :)
