haha as soon as you mentioned indoor shoes I wondered if that was something you'd taken from Japan! I think I'm going to keep the habit too, I like it a lot. The last time I went back to NZ and visited family I remember walking into my parent's house, my childhood home, and just looking around kind of lost. My mum asked what was wrong and my brother, whose wife is Chinese and whose family has the same indoor shoes policy, was like 'she's looking for where to put her shoes'. Yeah, I was. And it never stopped feeling weird to me the whole two weeks I was there, that there was no designated shoe removing spot at the front door.
Haha very glad you related! My whole immediate family does this now! There’s definitely no designated spot in my NYC apartment, though😹just a big pile of shoes at the front door!

I like that your videos are kinda "home made" and not super produced! Gives a sense of a friend, not the celeb influencer that you are!
Plus, also super dig your style in clothing, I find it quite similar to a millennial Japanese, comfy and neutral colored.
haha still very much learning filming and editing and I guess it shows 😅 and ?I'm so flattered you like my style! You'll notice me repeating outfits A LOT over time I'm sure...I'm a less is more kinda gal!

I bought your book and it worked out perfect esp the tofu recipes however since my cancer & TT I can't have soy anymore 😫 I miss tofu 😒, but thank you for sharing & I still use the other recipes. 😁

I’m a new mom. And I absolutely hate cooking 😔 I think it’s because I don’t know how to plan and prep. I wasn’t exposed to many different foods growing up, and then I worked at a coffee shop and restaurants where I’d always eat the same things, but obviously I didn’t cook it so I never know what to make, and when I want to venture out, I don’t know if it’ll be worth buying new ingredients, what if I don’t like it and now I have some random seasoning or packet of who knows what just rotting there ☹️ I’m always winging meals and it makes me drag my feet all day. I’m looking forward to your channel and news letters. And the cooking classes!!! Thank you 🙏🏽

Vegan and gluten free big portions even you skinny Minnie need to eat more . Compartmentalize with conceit for Wheatgrass then still have to make cheap pasta without a press.. oh this is great! Oh wow the light
Super-Duper Floor person and we also don't wear shoes in the house. New York is disgustingly dirty as well as ANY outside. It's so much cleaner not to wear shoes in the house and soooo comfortable ❤️

What's the best way of finding a personal chef in Albany,NY?
Two suggestions! First, you can google "personal chef, Albany, NY" and see what that brings up. You can also seek out culinary schools within a couple hour radius and see if there are job boards through them where you can post a personal chef wanted ad! :)
