"I don't know but he'll be killed by a butterfly"
Damn, John XD
Anvay Sudame Typical british cynicism:D
That's the Butterfly Effect for ya.

Jesus Christ, John Oliver is just as funny off the cuff as he is scripted.
I would almost say funnier, even though his show is brilliant.
Honestly, it's because he's not trying to communicate any larger information about the world. Even though his show is fundamentally comedic, he and his staff go to great lengths to research their stories thoroughly, and some of the humour gets drowned out because of the sheer volume of information they're trying to put out.
What tells you this isn't scripted?
Suyash Awasthi go home.
For once Jimmy Fallon's overly-acted out laughs look like they are warranted for
Jimmy keeps trying to get Jon back on track, and Jon just genuinely doesn't care about anything but the jokes, not the dialogue.
Brandon Davidson I love him for it!
Leave it to the British to enter a sauna fully clothed and find everybody else to be inappropriate.... hahahaha
I think it's inappropriate to enter a sauna clothed anywhere.
Mason Starling yeah I think the maximum attire is usually a towel.... The least being no skin... You may be kicked out if you lack skin, more accurately you will have a police escort you they will dress you in black take you to a police facility and they will have a professional cutter rip out your guts and inspect them.
Spoiler alert a man with no skin is a dead man.
Baron Von Grijffenbourg don't you go saying any damming words against the Cinema class that is good burger.
:p
@@jocomfiresin6982 I think that should actually be damning.
Late, I know, but swim trunks are acceptable in gym saunas here in the US in my experience
What a delightful human Mr. Oliver is.
Milly Borkovic you deserve this knowledge your soul is pure watch my channel
Ptah DaGod fuck off mate.
I'm a simple man. I see John Oliver, I click like.
Michael Utt you deserve this knowledge your soul is pure watch my channel
truth!
Michael Utt fuck u and ur original comment
Ha, coming from a man calling himself Adolf Jr, your 'fuck u'-comment might not be taken too seriously :D
We should get married
"I'm not working for Mr. Trump" I AM DYING
Gosh I luv him
@Suffer No Fools it's funny because of the context, you moron. Go back to your barn, while the rest of us save 'your' country.
Suffer No Fools no, trump is known to be “anti immigrant” therefore it is funny as he is asking about who is an immigrant and reassuring that he isn’t working for trump.
Fuck off
...it's just the way you make word sound hurts my ears
OM 4R I think John was talking about Jimmy's fake laugh lol
Shubham Kejriwal
No, he was talking about American accents.
OM 4R Poor Jimmy. Destroyed on his own show.
As someone raised to have a refined Charleston, SC accent, I relate so well. MIL has got my 2 little girls saying "paJAMas" (A as in ham) and it hurts me way down deep in my stomach. Jesus, it's "pa-jam-as" and it sounds like llamas so...you know, they wrote a children's book about it.
She does it on purpose. She moved to the South 40 years ago. Get over it lady.
I'm Dutch and I absolutely hate the Americanisation of our language.
America is só loud, in everything they do, all of their shit drifts towards our country.
And so we have Halloween (which is allright, but kindof lame, since hardly anyone does anything with it and we usually celebrated the same, it was just called Sint Maarten and had little to do with fear and more to do with angels and lights.)
And we have fastfood, (which is alright, because we know how to deal with it, we have bikes, we exercise.)
And we have 'ipads/apple/merchandise-shit' (which is fine, but it's expensive and we're greedy, so the only ones that nonstop buy that shit are annoying rich-kids and even they don't impulsively buy that, they're Dutch, they love their money)
But the TLC shit, the lame American tv-shows, the whole American Jersey-Shore kindof stuff..it's not cool.
Their nasal pronunciation of everything, just drills in my brain, especially when they try to debate something stupid.
Trumps vomit-like way of pronouncing words. Or the long silences in between words.
The whining sounds in between talking. The 'Wrawrawraaww'-sounds when they speak.
I mean, each time someone uses an American word in between a Dutch sentence, it's like they're smashing a greasy hamburger on a perfectly fine hagelslag-sandwich. Whý?! Dónt!
The only reason I watched The Tonight Show last night
Roman Reigns....
Kenny Omega it be came "last week tonight" for 6 min. Definitely made Jimmy more tolerable.
Kenny Omega last week
Good luck on ur match this friday
lmfao. the amount of sad someone has to have in their life to be like you...
John Oliver's butterfly impression I'm crying
Here you have the best talk show host.
Sitting next to him is Jimmy Fallon.
Brainhub you are sooo pathetic hahaha
Lol masteriver I was dying. Your astounding lack of Intelligence is hilarious
Sorry bro, but the best talk show host is actually Craig Ferguson. It always will be. ESPECIALLY the way Craig flirts with women when he still had the Late Late Show. Which talk show host has made more famous women hot and bothered than any other? Two words: Craig. Ferguson.
cromusic ibra why would I spend time watching mr Ferguson be a fucking pervert when I could watch john oliver be an intellectual
OK, perhaps i DID word that incorrectly. When it comes to talk show hosts who talk to guests, it's Craig. When it comes to someone with a great combination of news/facts and humor, it is John. Don't get me wrong, i love John Oliver, but i had just as much fun watching Craig as well.
"Any immigrants here? I'm not working for Mr. Trump." LMAOO
"I got tickled by Dalai Lama.the tickle I can't forget" 😀😇💕💕💞💞
John Oliver makes Jimmy tolerable.
Mainly because he makes him shut up. The best Jimmy Phallus is a silent Jimmy Phallus.
+Arya Suri Exactly.
Arya Suri lolololol 😂
On the contrary, I feel that being beside Oliver highlights just how much of an incoherent, inept, bumbling mess of a host Fallon actually is.
This is one of the greatest comments I’ve ever seen on the internet.
a tickle to remember
Yoda say should - 'to remember a tickle'
Sting Pax Yoda's speech was actually inspired by a real language pattern that goes SOV (subject-object-verb), so his comment is right
Come on, let's be honest- Nerd Mode is never really "off," for us, now is it?
Creature Creations I read this as he said that
Truer words have never been spoken.
Who else click here bcoz of John Oliver??

I guess everybody. or at least 90%.
I clicked here to check out the furniture.
You know, I was thinking about how some people feel like Jimmy Fallon's laugh is fake, and I get it. But I was watching his body language in this clip, the way he watched John Oliver and instinctively emulated John's posture and reactions. Those are empathetic actions, putting yourself in another person's place and being able to feel what they feel. I think he has this nervous energy about him and since he knows the stories, he's anticipating the laughs already, but his emotion is genuine and it catches on. It can feel foreign how he's so easily excited, but there's nothing rehearsed about his reactions (quite the contrary, he often messes up and cracks up when he's not supposed to).
"A tickle from the Dali Lama is a tickle you remember..."
Just like the tickle from Father Flanagan. I've never forgotten that one either..
Wow.. okay. Care to elaborate?
Wow this aged well
"...Tokyo sauna, for not being naked enough."
"never got down to the bottom of this"
"exactly"
“The way you make words sound hurts my ears” LOVE !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
His sauna story reminds me of my favorite part of his from Community when he walks into the showers. “Can we please talk somewhere with less balls?” *turns to showering man* “I will say this: you are very confident”
We watched Fallon genuinely break character and laugh in every sketch he was ever in on SNL. Now we have to watch him fake laugh at everything like we can't tell the difference. Love long Colbert...
The only time Jimmy laughs truly is when John Oliver is here, that's a fact.
Bullshit he doesn't have feelings.
hahahha lol
He has Fallons.
Nah, when he's with his old sketch buddies he laughs genuinely too. Like Tina Fey.
Uday B Louis CK
fakelaughception
dustin H Jimmy laughs faster than John cracks jokes
dustin H hahahahhehehaha
once you hear it, you cant not hear it
dustin H jimmysaltsessions
JoeSnowLikesKats Lol yup 😂
If anyone here hasn't seen John Oliver's interview with the Dalai Lama, it is incredibly funny, and informative as well. Definitely worth the watch.
Jimmy... your viewers have been saying for years: LET THE GUEST SPEAK & QUIT THE FAKE LAUGH!
Lots of love :)
Oliver is so good at just talking and being goofy, and weather you agree with him or not, he always has a story, political or otherwise, worth hearing on his show. IMO the true heir to Stewart.
"it's just the way you make words sounds hurt my ears" Lmfaooooo 😂 😂 😂 #truth
Ian Duncan is a legend
If you think he's funny here off-script, you should watch him when he would guest on this British show called Mock the Week. It's on TH-cam and it's hilarious!
searching TH-cam NOW
Thanks for the tip!

Cause you've got a big nose..
Ha. Ha. Ha.
Great one there Jimmy... Great freaking one.
finally i commented on a video
naisu
Belal Ahmed Ali Ali say something
Feels good huh
“A tickle from the Dalai Lama is one you remember.” I agree!!
Can you replace Fallon with Oliver then have Oliver host his own show as well?
Ur Papa you deserve this knowledge your soul is pure watch my channel
yeah you won't get any subs by being creepy in the comment sections
Oliver *does* host his own show. Last Week Tonight.
Genuinely thought Fallon's head was about to explode from the fake laughing. That would've been awesome
John Oliver is great! Love his show. And that accent is hot!
When I watched The Tonight Show, I used to watch it for Jay Leno before he went lame. When I watch Conan, I watch it for Conan and his guests. When I watch Last Week Tonight, I watch it for John Oliver. Late Show, for David Letterman, and now more so for Jon Batiste and Stephen Colbert. My point: I have NEVER, EVER watched this show just for Fallon since he got the gig. His guests help him look amazing and frankly his guests are better guests on better shows with better and interesting hosts to interview them.
I'm a simple man: I see John Oliver, I click the video
John Oliver's self-confidence is what makes his self-deprecating humour so hilarious. He is so confident about what he believes in, and that's his strength.
Ooooh John Oliver. Ugh Jimmy Fallon.
Would this be the Last Week Tonight Tonight show?
That sounds about right.
how did this happen
I'm not worthy!!
Love John Oliver;)
And at 0:41, disney made the zazu casting decision
Oliver is non stop, nobody can control him on their show, he just goes on and on and on....
Seeing John Oliver as an angry robot butterfly was everything I never knew I needed in life.
"18 months". So, he's one of _those_ people.
"The way you make words sound hurts my ears"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I'm screaming!!
John Oliver just easily and effectively interacts with the crowd, like how
"A sedated John Wayne" I LOL'ed!
I'm really proud of professor Duncan, he really made it from a drunk professor at Green dale.
Love John Oliver! Best thing to happen to HBO since Maher! I think he's as genuine on tv as in real life
I've had the biggest crush on oliver for years... he just gets me
I LOVE JOHN OLIVER HIS SHOW IS SO FUNNY
Well-deserved standing ovation
I can see the hidden frustration on Jimmy's face
Right? It felt like he was jealous of Oliver stealing the spotlight at the beginning of the interview. Bahaha.
"They you make words sound hurts my ears."
jimmy practically dying of mirth is probably the funniest and cutest thing about this video (of john oliver is a brilliant riot as always)
Jimmy Fallon just got a Masterclass.....!
A legitimate Jimmy laugh is an awesome thing...makes me miss seeing him crack up during skits on SNL
I love John Oliver. Had to click to make sure I hadn't seen this yet. Haha perf.
It was one of the best episode. Jhon Oliver with Dalai Lama
We need moar Fallons, Olivers, and Dalai Lamas in this world. We need moar laughter!
Ew
I'm a simple (wo)man
I see John Oliver,
I click
^I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO SAY THIS ;D seen something like this everywhere
Why did u have to say (wo)man. You can’t just say woman?
I think Jimmy forgets that he's working when John Oliver is on, he just laughs lol
Jimmy's two interviewing defaults:
1. laughing really hard
2. repeating what the other person just said
best show ever last week tonight with john oliver
I adore John Oliver so much, I didn't know he had a kid!!!
John just goes ahead and commandeers the entire conversation, more or less taking over the entire segment lol
not a great joke but a solid zing. Coming from the dalai lama: Good. LOOOL that whole phrase was just gold
John Oliver is awesome , big fan here . If anyone reading this still hasen't discovered him YET , do check him out!
John got us all at 6:18 lol
(look at his hand)
Flying bird-rat man...
Unpopular opinion. But Jimmy is somehow differently funny and charismatic. I love how he is excited about everything and I feel it's a quality that stands out and makes him different from the rest of the celebrities and hosts out there. I am not saying he is the best or better than any of the others, but he is different and no way less than the others. Although Conan is my favorite, Jimmy is funny and I live his presentation. :)
0:40 - 0:46 Someone PLEASE make that a GIF XD
He cracks me up every single time.
Sorry you had such a bad experience in the sauna John Oliver. Being from Finland, I think I might have some insight into what happened, at least if the sauna cultures in Finland and in Japan are similar. Nakedness in a sauna is not at all about sexuality, but rather about comfort. Physical comfort. Its much more enjoyable being in a sauna naked, but not everyone (not even Finns) are comfortable being naked around people they don´t know. So there´s kind of this unspoken agreement of solidarity, like "let´s all be naked so we can enjoy the sauna, and if everyone´s naked no one has to be ashamed of being naked". So when you got there all dressed, it was like you stared at the others but did not offer anything of yourself in return , and that made them uncomfortable. Not sure if other Finns agree with me, but this is how I see it. Long explanation :D Hope you enjoy your next visit to the sauna!
John literally owned this interview
John is ridiculously funny in his own right, but the chemistry he has on fallon's show is almost unparalleled in late night talk show interviews 😂👏
If you watch the other TH-cam™ clips of his appearances on Fallon, they're just as funny
John Oliver has lived a really great and full life, he really deserves it for the work he does on Last Week Tonight, educating people on incredibly important issues but managing to still be fucking hilarious.
This man is pure gold. And I don't mean Jimmy Fallon.
This guy just steals the show everywhere he goes
John's obsession with the robot is the best!
That Japanese sauna incident - so funny.. Lmao..
I have to "talk American" to the Kinect in order for the voice commands to work on my XBox. Always get a kick out of it when it works 😂
I like the fact that John Oliver's nose is actually formed like a shelf for his glasses.
John Oliver is the host we need but don't deserve. This man is brilliantly funny
My 2 weird man crushes on one show!!! Oh John and Jimmy!!! Ye are on my laminated hall pass 💗💗💗
"All I can see is balls."
All we see is balls, for forever.
I love you for that reference so much
We let the balls pass by, for forever
Is the only reaction Jimmy can do is laugh & say "Good"/"Great"
It’s a weird tradition in Japan isn’t it?😂We aren’t generally confident but somehow so confident being naked on sauna or hot-spring.
I just noticed John is wearing a 1st Cav lapel pin.
Oliver is funny as shit. I laugh my ads off when I see that clip where he is talking about "Sulfuric Acid, In The Atmosphere" repeatedly as the a answer to everything.
John Oliver is even grater as an interviewee!
Super John et jimmy 😘 😘 😘 😘 😘 😘 😘 😘 😘 😘 💝 💞. 💝💝💝💝💝
When Fallon has to laugh his way through not being able to move on 💀
I just love John Oliver
"John, you have such a great show, congrats and all that.."
You know when you like and admire someone so you laugh at everything they say Know the feeling?
who come in here for john oliver?
I'm a simple Finn. I see sauna. I click like. Greetings from Finland.
