What I'm gathering here is that RR is seeking compensation for not getting his royalties, a mistake he made when they started the business.
This is silly. The bar obviously had a contract to use Richard’s likeness or he would not have promoted it like he did and he would’ve sued them the minute their sign went up. This lawsuit is Richard renegotiating the use of his name because the bar has been more successful than he expected so he wants a bigger cut of profits or a piece of the business.
According to Gas Monkey TH-cam channel the Gas Monkey 🐒 bar and grill is currently under renovation..which means he's still involved..This makes no sense
