That computer was well worth the $200 asking. You got it for a steal at $120. I also got that exact MOBO recently from goodwill. Built my son a complete pc just to find out that the m.2 port(both) is known to not work on these boards.
Impressive work. Just a hint for newbies here is a PSA: the fluid being used for cleaning purposes is most likely Isopropyl Alcohol which fully evaporates.
With the way the lot of modern gaming is nowadays, I'm getting a lot of my game time in playing older titles and buying older collections. Nothing about this generation has appealed to me. Older hardware is more than likely how a lot of gaming will survive as modern AAA produces fail after fail.
Sad but true. The only AAA game I've really fallen in love with lately is Baldur's Gate 3. But you also don't really need anything too crazy to run it. Hell, it plays... OK on my steam deck.
I dont know i kinda like the case for being very different and whacky, but then the previous owner butchered it and its missing 5.25" bay covers. Thank you for slapping a RTX 2080 Super from EVGA in there, nice to see EVGA still getting the respect they deserve.
Something very satisfying about refurbishing a nasty old PC. I like your attention to detail. You want to do everything you can to help ensure the PC will go the distance for your customer. If I'm doing a build to sell, I make used components look like they're new. Refurbed a tar and dust encrusted 2060 a couple months ago and now it looks (and smells) super clean.
I used to rock that case for quite a while. Got it when cube sized cases were a thing and my favorite part was that you could literally take off all sides (except the back) and it was basically a bench platform as well. Make it pretty easy to work in imo. I ended up changing out for a different case later on but it was still pretty awesome. The big gaping hole in the front would have been optical drives (or other items -- it's 2x 5.25) and if they couldn't get the power supply anchored down then they did something wrong with their cabling.
Dude, that is a deal for that thing. Cube cases are a love it or hate it type thing. I have no idea why anyone would choke off the ventilation like that though. The RGB power supply alone is worth about 80 bucks. You got a deal for sure.
Black and red extenders to match the ram with fan on red to match would be nice touch. Sick build though, Zen+ still a solid architecture too, flipped a few with 27 and 26s, the 2080s / 3060ti is a perfect match up, especially at 1440p
"PC Rehab" hahah, I like this :D I'm not sure if I would take apart those MOBO radiators, I would rather save the thermal pads, they looked good. Also the AiO being good is exciting for $120. If you would change it, the video would be less interesting, because for $120 it was a great deal. What's the song @ 10:32? :)

You could build a budget rig for cheap just to get by if you have to sell your gaming rig. 4th gen intel hardware is really cheap these days and there is no shame in gaming on a 750Ti or even a FirePro W5100, which is probably the best $30 US GPU right now. Performs like a GT1030 but has 4GB VRAM. Also, the Lossless Scaling app is less than $10 US and it is an amazing tool for maximizing the potential of low end hardware.

I'm pretty sure that price is fake, is too low to be true.
@@samogx86 the price of the system in the video or mine?
@@WeatherMan2005 The price in the video.
@samogx86 well i suppose it sure could be but idk
@@WeatherMan2005 Just the PSU, RAM and M.2 could cost more than $120.
The music, where did it come from? Also that's a big case.
2080S nice, decent PSU for the price. They saved money on PSU screws xd.
Hey, don't hope the AIO breaks. It just wants to work. 😢
Lol
oooooooooooooooooooooo first to see your video !!!!! Im excited to always see what ya got cause i think i look forward to your videos now more then anyone elses !
That is awesome to hear man! Glad you are loving the content! Hopefully you like this one as I am testing out a new editor, I think that the build montage could use some work but overall I think it’s pretty good.
@@ThePcRehab yes the editor is way better then before i hate the whole ( but wait he has no idea ) context cause to me it was pulling away from the actual content !
Man, I was wondering where you had gone. I was unsuited for some reason. Weird.
Wish that case had been saved!
Just curious as to why you continued to keep the (4) Stick Ram Configuration, when 2 Sticks is better to run in Dual Channel Mode?
it is minimal the performance loss, you want to have 32 gbs these days, try it for yourself, i am telling you that it is hard to see the difference
@@betag24cn I'm currently running 32 Gigs of Ram in both my Gaming PC's but each Setup is 2 Sticks of 16 Gigs running in Dual Channel Mode. Thanks
If he was reusing as much parts as he could he saves money
wait you didnt say anything about where you were with selling anything or where you where with your budget !!!
This is not a build up challenge flip ;)
@@ThePcRehab oh
This was built by a Steam user who routinely cries about "Optimization" in the review section thinking that's the complaints forum.
UGLY??? Wtf. Thats is a GREAT Looking case.
it is a old style vhs shaped ugly cooler master case that is too big and has a too weird shape
Other than the damage...
oooooo that looks sick !!!
Mmmmmmm ultra budget good food
its a microave
fande ihn vorher besser , jetzt sieht er aus wie jeder andere pc den jeder hat :D
Oh,and while using toothbrush is useful, just know - there's a special brush for it.
you can use any toothbrush to remove dirt from any piece of aluminum
the motherboard itself only has problems if you are not grounded, and i have used one when not grounded and have not done damage to anything in decades doing it, not telling you to do it, but im telling you it is the oeast important of the problems when building a pc
Toothbrushes are easy and cheap to get
@@WeatherMan2005
But destroyed easily, and leave "hairs" afterwards, while special brushes are not!
@DuneRunnerEnterprises ok and whats the price/availability of them
@@WeatherMan2005
Nah - cheap, look for "esd brushes", with the long "hair", black ones.
120 bucks for that is insane HAHHAHAHHA thats a steal
Yeah it is!
I like the CoolerMaster case.... can some give me a name of it? =D
I have a case just like that, with windons on top, haf xb evo
lol junkie trash can 100 years ago :) that made me laugh lol
i love the old case send it to me please!!!

All this for 120$ It's steal man😅😅
I just sat down to have breakfast and your video popped up so glad I have a W video to watch
Why don't people ever wear gloves when dealing with things they buy of marketplace sites .... ewwww !
as a pc technician, working in it for decades, one develops resistance to everything or develops allergies to everything, ipa will solve your problems, when working with pcs, eventually you do not care anymore, when you take the anti allergies meds, of course
I probably wouldn't be grossed out at all, considering im a dishwasher that has to touch much grosser things
Letsss gooooo!!!!
120 dollars of Lies
I don't believe in that $120. I think this is a staged for clicks
I'm 2 minutes into this video, and for the love of all that's holy, I will unsubscribe at the end if he uses that garbage Gamemax PSU.
Take care
i was going to say it was trash, but he was so happy, i bet it was the colors or the turn off rgb button that sold it for him 😂
